  Good food fast service could use a little face-lift but the food is good.

  Went through the drive thru and ordered #3 cheeseburger combo w/onions, hold pickles and hold mustard because I detest pickles and mustard. I get home and burger has 4 pickles and slathered deep in mustard. Receipt just has Cheeseburger. I can take pickles off, but difficult to get mustard off. Why can't these people pay attention to customers' orders? Plus this error isn't the first or only time. Threw half of the burger away because of the mustard taste. I'm through going to Sonic.

  Came at 10:20ish through the drive thru and sat until about 10:35 with zero answer on the headset… We pull up to the drive thru window and they are acting like just not answering the headset is perfectly normal???… It’s not… and when we were waiting for our order to be taken we could quite literally see a woman go on her (staff member) phone and we honked at her and she ran off from the window she was at..

  I dont usually eat here. I just love the drink options. The staff is wonderful!!

  Very disappointed. I drank almost the whole tea, then found what appears to be a hair in the ice. This should never happen with food or drinks being served to customers. I have a photo of it. I hope management addresses this with the staff and improves quality control.
