  Very disappointed. I drank almost the whole tea, then found what appears to be a hair in the ice. This should never happen with food or drinks being served to customers. I have a photo of it. I hope management addresses this with the staff and improves quality control.

  You know I've been coming to Sonic for years. When it first opened up they even worked there but the food service I mean no seasoning on the meat. It's a Miss or hit. Sometimes I see people on their phones. I will keep coming back to Sonic but I actually have to tell him to put seasoning on the burger constantly and there's a couple that actually do it. But like I said, it's a hit and miss Sonic used to be the best stores in the world. I would stop at Sonic's cross country even Panasonic in Texas. That was the inside store. What happened to y'all? Y'all need to get back to number one

  the cashier accidentally left the window open and I could hear everything she said about me. Like I was an inconvenience. I didn’t know you had other things to do on the clock, Rachael. I waited my turn just like everyone else. 😂
