- HHHeidi5 days ago4.0Like soo much of our evolving lifes impersonal dealings, not only does 'drive thru' seem to have priority over 'walk ins', but an employee directs you to place your order on the station. I do have to say she was very pleasant & attentive.
- TCTax City6 days ago1.0The worst experience ever. The little bald kiosk worker with the purple eyeshadow was extremely rude, and the lazy manager hiding in the back was no better. Ordering food from McDonald’s should never feel stressful or like customers are a burden for asking questions or needing assistance. As a business owner, I take customer service very seriously. When you work with the public, especially handling food and orders, professionalism, patience, and basic respect should come standard. Unfortunately, this location lacked all three. There should also always be someone available at the register upon request to assist customers with various needs and tasks, especially individuals with intellectual difficulties, elderly customers, or anyone who may need additional support navigating self-order kiosks. Customer service should be accessible to everyone, not treated like an inconvenience.
