  Literally sat in the drive-through for over 10 minutes and nobody was answering I mean goddamn 3 o’clock in the afternoon 🤣🤣 what a joke

  I really don't know where to begin. They refused to take me order and counter. I don't see very well on computer screens and was having issues, was not a good experience. The worker, may have been manager, she was very rude to other employees & slamming things around. My order was initially in a larger bag, 12 items, by the first employee but she grab it yelling at him for who knows what and stuffed it all into one smaller bag. Once home only 1/2 mile away, the food was not warm, and all smashed with barley any ingredients. For $37 I would expect more. Also meat must not have been drained because it all was very greasy, soggy and sticky to the paper. I won't b bk to the Cortez location. It's not worth the risk for this kind of service.

  I wish I knew her name but there is a staff member that works in the evening that is always very pleasant I'm happy whenever we get to interact

  Always great food. However these people really need to start actually reading and checking the orders. Frequently go there and this is the third time they forgot something on my order. If I'm paying for food, you should make sure it's all in the bag.
