  I’ve only ever been here 2 times too this location and both times there’s barely any kind employees working there! The gentleman that took my order was very nice and that’s it! The girl that was making my food was very rude not friendly at all and I’m in customer service and have been for a long time!! I’m just saying it’s a customer service environment!! And on top of it they forgot my three cheesy potato bowls. I’m normally not one to complain but both times have been bad experiences! 8-11-2026- 7:30 pm or so the time was when I was in there.

  I want to share an experience I just had here. Manager or Lead was very rude. I ordered a Quesarito for $1. Yay awesome special going on. I was feeling a bit extra hungry but I already placed my first order. So I decided to place another one. The App let me place another Quesarito for $1 which is amazing. I go there and when I get to the speaker I am welcomed with an amazing voice. I get to the window and there seems to be some confusion since I placed two orders. I know some people can only handle one order at a time so maybe this was just too much for them. The manager or lead person yells at me saying I am not allowed to get more than one $1 Quesarito! She said she will allow it this time but it is not allowed which is why the app only allows you to get one and kept giving a very bad attitude. I told her the app let me place both orders. She did not respond. Now the woman at the window was very nice she gets a full 5 star review. The manager though was just extremely rude and triggered by my two Quesaritos. Not sure why but I hope she can learn a better coping mechanism to this burden that was placed on her today. As of now I can still place more Quesarito orders for $1. I plan to stop by again!

  I was very disappointed with the customer service at the Brooksville location. I felt that the manager, Ariel, could have handled the situation in a much more professional manner. I’ve never had any problems here before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the level of customer service, as one negative experience can leave a lasting impression.

  i ordered a classic lux box with no beans on the burrito with no beans but rice added onto it (almost a dollar upcharge) and i swapped the crunchy taco with a soft taco and added sour cream onto it (another upcharge of almost a dollar) and they did completely did not do ANY of the customizations. they took a long time to make the order too so not sure if they just didn’t read the ticket whatsoever or what happened there. don’t go to this location, from the other reviews it just does not seem like the people working know how to do their jobs, coming from a former taco bell employee of over a year. 0/10 go to the cortez location, they know how to read tickets.
