The floors were extremely slippery despite being completely dry, and we even overheard other customers complaining about the same issue on our way in. We waited an hour for a burger and a steak, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. Our waitress came by only once during that time to apologize and said the kitchen was busy. Unfortunately, the food and service only got worse. When I received a replacement Coke, the waitress placed it on the table and then used her fingers to touch the top of my straw and transfer it from the old glass to the new one without saying anything. That was extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. When our food finally arrived, my burger was only warm and the cheese was cold. I wasn’t comfortable eating it. My wife’s steak was also described as greasy. We paid and left the food behind. Between the slippery floors, excessive wait time, poor food quality, and especially the unsanitary handling of my straw, this was a very disappointing experience. We will not be returning.

The hosts at Outback were so sweet and attentive from the minute we arrived—opening the door for us, checking in, and getting us to our seats quickly. Since this location is newly opened, the Friday and Saturday night rush is definitely a little intense, but I’m sure that will smooth out as they get into their groove! The bar service was AMAZING, and so was the food. The Outback seasoning on the sirloin adds the perfect amount of spice, and I will forever love an Outback Caesar salad. Seriously, I need that dressing recipe. 😂 And the top-shelf margaritas made by Amber and Krystal? Probably one of the best margaritas I’ve ever had. 🍹 One last recommendation: splurge and get the mushrooms on top of your steak. SO worth it. We’ll definitely be back!

This was the first time trying this new outback location. And we were very disappointed. I have been to other outbacks many times and I’ve always loved the food. This time was very disappointing. Our blooming onion was not cooked all the way, it was very doughy. The onion must not have been cut all the way , it was still together at the bottom in a big clump. And the batter wasn’t covering the onions on the bottom. When I got my food, My baked potato was hard. It looked like it had been cooked too long in the microwave. I told the waitress about it, and she replaced it with another potato, which tasted better. My salmon didn’t taste very good. It came out cold with my shrimp. We won’t return to this outback location.

Let me start where it all began. It wasn't busy and my family was seated quickly, ordered appetizers, and our dinners. Blooming onion 20 minute wait, overburnt, and I had to pick out of my mouth onion skins. Another 40 minutes to get our dinners.i asked the girl, why so long for a few burgers and a sandwich. I was told they're backed up in the kitchen. It wasn't even that busy yet. Ten minutes later, a few people came in to eat, and the place was starting to get busy.. Finally we got our meals, and not even 15 minutes later, our waitress came over three times looking at our plates while I was actually still eating my meal. I know it's not her fault, and I'm sure she was ordered to have her customers to move along quickly. I asked for ketchup, another girl bring us an empty bottle. Waited another 8 minutes to get a filled bottle. The girl quoted that the boss wants to make sure every drop of ketchup is used before opening another bottle. Seriously? My first and last time at this Outbacks! And by the way, the floors was slippery and dangerous to walk on! I don't recommend the Outback on 50, unless you want to eat your full meal within 10 minutes and get indigestion because they want you to move along.

I swore off outback because no matter how many times we went to the one on 19, something by was always wrong with the food. I decided to give your new location a try because it was new. We did take out which sometimes isn’t as good. From the Togo girl that brought food out to the quality of our 3 meals, everything was AMAZING. My husband had the ribeye and said that it was giving prime 88 a run for their money. So happy we gave outback another try.
