- SHSHANNON HUBERSep 20, 20261.0Brianna H took our order and she was rude rude rude, She clearly does not enjoy working there. I ordered a double cheeseburger with mustard, lettuce and relish. If you are asking what I want on my burger then please put more than 2 wilted slivers of lettuce and well yeah no mustard for me. The restaurant was clean, however the burgers were horrible. The soda machine did not have any CO2. We had planned on eating at the restaurant however, the CO2 wasn’t working so we did not have access to soda. We took it to go where we knew we had soda at home. Haven’t eaten at five guys in a while, we usually eat healthy and we wanted to splurge tonight. The bun was completely saturated with oil by the time we got home, it was inedible. The only thing that was good tonight were the fries. Brianna either needs to find employment somewhere else where she’ll be happier or she needs a Customer Service workshop. We were really looking forward to having burgers tonight. We rarely eat this type of food, but when we do we expect good customer service at minimum, and good food. We spent $40 for two burgers and an order of fries. For what we got it was WAY overpriced. 5 Guys please do better. We will never return to this location ever again due to poor food quality, and Brianna H.

But the manager was extremely rude came snatching all the promos off the kiosks and cheering that people who came in weren’t getting food. :/ which I personally don’t think was necessary. I’m sure every single person worked so hard I’ve been in fast food before so I get it!! But there is a right and a wrong way to treat people and that was not it. Honestly just hoping the manager sees this and thinks about how he presents him self next time. :/

Unfortunately one of the items was incorrectly made so I called and spoke with Keith, the manager. He was extremely apologetic and gave me options as to how he could remedy the situation. He ended up saying I could get the item for free the next time I visit. Went in today and spoke to him and he not only gave me the remake of the original item, but he also took care of my entire order! Totally unexpected and unnecessary, but very much appreciated. He holds his store and employees up to extremely high standards. Thank you again!
