  With the new building being built, it is expected that there will be some kinks that need to be worked out. I have been to the new location for the 3rd and last time today. The wait time (with only one car in front of me and only ordered a donut) was long. I didn't mind though; I just needed a second boost to get through the next part of my day. I had to wait for quite a bit and then was asked to pull forward for my coffee. I waited a little longer, only for my coffee to not look like what I ordered because it was really dark. I checked the label to make sure it was what I ordered; unfortunately it was. With so much time waiting wasted, I did not have time and just threw the coffee out. I rarely complain and just kind of go with the flow, but this is now the third time my experience with this location is not great.

  My wife is at the store now....how at 10am are u out of choc munchkins? They never ever have everything u want.....never....omg pull up to the window and now out of strawberry sprinkles....they suck!!!!!!!

  I’m always welcomed by my name or getting smiled at when I walk in so it makes me feel comfortable. I always stop by to get a signature latte before work and they start it when they see me. They are the best.

  They have messed up my order three out of three times that I have been to this new location. I had the same lady at the drive-through window twice, and both times she was grumpy. When I told her my order was wrong, she gave me a dirty look and seemed annoyed. The lady at the speaker sounded like she had an attitude as well. I never had issues at the old location. I don’t know what happened.

  Always a problem with the coffee here. First they put way too much milk. Iced coffee shouldn't be Jennifer Lopez color, it should be Diana Ross color. At the very least ASK the customer how they want it. This really should be something you can specify in the app like at Starbucks. Second time I went I ordered a large cold brew with sugar free vanilla syrup. To their credit, they did get the color right this time, but I took a sip and *CRUNCH* there's a pile of sugar at the bottom. I get that it's a new location and probably new crew (they probably saw 4 sugar free vanilla syrup and stopped reading after sugar) but come on...what if I was diabetic????? And I want to second what the other reviewer said about the narrow drive to turn in. It's way too narrow especially with the local yokels thinking they need to drive a hemi F950 Duramax Yukon Denali power stroke Z71 trail boss King Ranch edition just to go out and get a coffee. Widen that thing! This is a brand new location, how did they not think that would be an issue?
