  Stopped in to get a sandwich. Waited over 10 minutes at the front counter with nobody even acknowledging us. They walked by several times and just acted like we didn't exist. No sense of urgency. Walking around slow and unconcerned with serving guests. Left and went next door to waffle house.

  Check #5710: With 5 employees on duty, I waited over half an hour for two coffees and 6 donuts. When I walked in, there were only two other people waiting for their orders; I was next in line to order. They saw me but ignored me; it wasn't until the store started filling up that they finally decided to approach the counter to take orders. The only priority the 5 employees seemed to have was the drive-thru—it took them over 12 minutes just to take my order. After that, the 4 people who were served after me received their orders first because they had ordered cold coffees; since mine were hot, they required more effort to prepare. They kept rotating the cups around; when they finally decided to move them toward the hot coffee machine and the milk steamer, they would walk away and leave them unfinished halfway through the process. It wasn't for the red-haired employee—who noticed that the employee in the black polo shirt (not a T-shirt) had been leaving my coffees sitting unattended for quite a while—and took the initiative to finish making them for me. As far as I could tell, the person who left my order unfinished for over 25 minutes was the manager or supervisor, as she was wearing a polo shirt unlike the rest of the staff. Over 35 minutes for two coffees and a small box of donuts—consequently, I missed the church service. Thank you very much.

  The food was good and so were the drinks and the service was great they were nice and did their job the only complaints I have is it took a long time I don’t know if they were busy though.And the workers were arguing

  I understand there is a change shortage, but how come I have to be the one that gets shorted how come you can’t take a couple of cents off my order if you don’t have the change to give me back

  This place is a health hazard there are flies EVERYWHERE. I ordered inside and immediately threw away my food. After 20 minutes of waiting for a latte I asked for a refund and only then did the worker who took my order decide to do something besides stand around. Do not expect any sort of customer service from this place. Worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get a coffee.
