  Everytime I got there their beans taste like shit, no flavor and every time I order their chicken they give less than usual basically nothing unlike other chipotles I get served little but in this one the serve me like 10 pieces. I'd recommend going to any chipotle except for this one.

  This is the second time I have been here. The food is great the girls are great always smiling. But today I experienced the cashier on her phone when she had a line. I ordered a fountain drink. I try to get ice and none would come out. Go to the employee and she tells me they have none. Ok maybe say that when someone orders a fountain drink or put a sign on it. Then go back to fill my cup with Mr pibb but only get soda water. Go back to employee and she just shrugs her shoulders. Now I go back and figure I might as well just get seeet tea. Put it in my cup and it is hot and they have no ice. Ended up with sprite. If I had been told at the beginning there was no ice I would have just bought a bottled drink. Please tell customers in advance when you are out of ice on a very hot day. Most people are looking for cold drinks. Just a suggestion.

  Speed and attention to detail was immaculate. Ivy and the whole team did a great job and tried their best to be quick for each customer even with the line almost out the door. And we got fresh chicken 😋. DONT FORGET TO TIP THEY ARE WORKING HARD!

  They should have some balanced portions in quantity even if you don't order rice or beans, so much so that it was super little and it was much more expensive than the other day that I ordered the same and it was cheaper and satisfied the amount, who is doing it wrong? Check

  The absolute worst chipolte. Everytime we come here, there is always a problem but today tops it all. We come in around 7:30pm and almost all meats are out. At this point there is no line behind us. We have to wait for the meat to be cooked. OK fine.. understandable. Finally steak comes out for one of the bowls after waiting about 10 minutes. We are now waiting on honey chicken. My husband decided after another 10 minutes to switch his to regular chicken. The line server tells me for the honey chicken it will be just a minute. Ok. Our bowls at this point are sitting there the entire time getting colder and colder. They wont allow my kids to take the bowls to the table to start eating until we check out. Yet no one is available to check us out. Another 10 minutes goes by and a very sweet girl who is new and training tells the crew leader who is already being extremely rude to the trainees who are trying to do their best to hold off a line of customers at this point who are waiting for meats. She says to the crew leader that im still waiting on honey chicken. The crew leader yells out "i dont have time to make honey chicken, you can do it if you want!" The new girl proceeded to take a scoop of chicken and put it in a bowl with the sauce, shakes it up and makes my bowl. Took 2 seconds. So seems to me at this point that it was intentional. She then tells the line server girl to tell costumers to look at what we have, if they do not want it then they will have to go. Take the customers who will get what we have. That is an extreme unprofessional way to handle things. I understand that the rush is stressful and can be alot but first thing is communication. She could have communicated from the start that she will not be making honey chicken instead of making me wait 30 minutes to yell out rudely that she has no time. How embarrassing is that knowing im the one she is speaking about. I was humiliated. All 4 of our bowls had such a little bit of food in them. Just ridiculous to pay $68 for barely anything and such terrible service. We watched so many people walk out. I couldnt even leave with out my bowl because they made me pay and check out for all before my kids could even take their food to eat. We will never be returning here again and I truly hope that crew leader is evaluated and trained properly on how to lead a crew and a business.
