  They were busy and there was a long line. Staff worked well together to make my wait no more than 10 minutes long. The food was good and portion sizes were decent. No complaints.

  I ordered through the app and went to the restaurant to pick up my food. We decided to stay and eat, so I purchased drinks and sat down to have our meal. From the time we walked in until nearly the time we left, there was a large spill of an unknown substance directly in the middle of the main walkway. What concerned me most was that after my husband notified the employees and they were aware of the situation, yet nothing was done about it for an extended period of time. After approximately 20 minutes, with no one cleaning the spill and no wet-floor warning sign being placed, I personally notified an employee. I then went back and informed him that I had been documenting the condition with photographs and that I would be contacting corporate because the employees had been made aware of the hazard and it still had not been addressed. Approximately five minutes later, someone finally placed a wet-floor sign over the area. This is extremely concerning because a large, unattended spill in the middle of a heavily traveled walkway creates an obvious slip-and-fall hazard and potentially significant liability for the company. Someone could have easily slipped, been seriously injured, and the consequences could have been substantial. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant was just as concerning. The tables had not been wiped down and appeared dirty and cluttered. This was around noon, yet the dining area looked as though it had not been properly maintained. In addition, I noticed what appeared to be debris or food-related items mixed together on the food-preparation counter. I am including photographs because I believe the conditions speak for themselves. I understand that restaurants get busy, but basic cleanliness and promptly addressing a safety hazard should never be overlooked. What concerns me most is that the spill remained unattended even after employees had been given ample opportunity to address it. I hope corporate management will take this complaint seriously, investigate what happened at this location, and ensure that appropriate procedures are being followed for both sanitation and customer safety. No customer should have to worry about slipping and being injured simply because a clearly visible hazard was left unattended.

  This has to be the worst Chipotle I ever been to they don't clean there prep tables so they drag your food all over food that has been sitting there all day very unsanitary when you get your bowl or burrito you have other people's food stuck to your burrito or bowl they should be closed down.
