- FGfire god4 days ago1.0Never Oder chipotle, I ordered extra meat and extra rice. The only thing they gave me extra was the rice. I also got red hot salsa and they have none of that on there. The normal burrito like it is too big to even wrap. This one was so small they could wrap it over and fold it completely fine if I’m getting extra on almost everything the burrito should be so big. You can’t even fit it in one wrap.

On April 24, 2026, during my visit, his behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. He mocked me in front of other employees and laughed at me, making me feel uncomfortable and not valued as a customer. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service expected. I hope appropriate action is taken to ensure this does not happen again and that customer experience is improved.

There was an older customer in-front of me who ordered wrong and, they took care of her. I will be returning to say the least!

Took 50 minutes for me to get through the line and out the door. It will be faster to go sit down and eat anywhere else but there. Epic failure and the manager needs to learn their job.
