- MGMadeline Grace2 days ago2.0staff is EXTREMELY pushy! they want your order finished as fast as possible, no patience whatsoever in the drive through while ordering. as they rush through your order, they miss key details which you repeat 3x to make sure you receive specific items! (This is going on the 5th or 6th shitty experience in the past couple months with them.) chicken nuggets and sandwiches are your game, yet the basic partner to chicken, sauce, gets forgotten SO OFTEN!! My husband repeated that we needed ranch with the order multiple times, even asked when receiving the food if there was ranch in the bag to be met with a “yes, sir” get home (30 minute drive by the way because chick fil a is hard to come by around here) and ranch isn’t even written on the ticket much less in the bag!! so half of a $15 meal (the main course, the chicken) is wasted all because your staff DOES NOT LISTEN and wants to rush through work! I understand my husband should’ve double checked before leaving the facility, but if it’s repeated 3x while ordering, plus an additional ask at the drive through doors, there should at least be a single packet of some form of sauce in that bag. 🤦♀️ tired of the same issues with this specific chick fil a, definitely going to the one in Trinity from here on out unless they can change staff attitudes and review training.
