I'm starting to think this Chick-fil-A isn't actually run by humans. I pulled into the drive-thru fully prepared for the usual fast-food experience: forgotten sauces, cold fries, and a little disappointment. Instead... The employee greeted me like we grew up together. They took my order without me repeating myself six times. They smiled. They said, "My pleasure," and somehow actually meant it.The food came out faster than my internet loads.Everything was hot.Every single sauce I asked for was in the bag... plus a couple extras because apparently they believe in abundance. Meanwhile, across the street another restaurant is still trying to figure out how to include ONE BBQ sauce. I honestly think Chick-fil-A has some kind of military training program. There's no way an entire staff is this friendly, this organized, and this fast without being part of a top-secret government operation. I've never once heard:"Can you pull forward?""We're out of...""Oh, we forgot..." Nope. They just quietly hand you your food like absolute professionals and send you on your way feeling appreciated. At this point, I don't think I'm paying for chicken. I think I'm paying to experience what customer service used to be. If Chick-fil-A ever starts teaching classes on how to run a business, every other fast-food restaurant should be legally required to attend. Keep doing whatever magic you're doing. You all have somehow convinced me that it's possible to leave a drive-thru in a better mood than when I arrived. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go enjoy my nuggets... WITH MY SAUCE.

Today I stopped here to get lunch for my boys. The young girl taking orders had to go inside to get another POS because the one she had crashed. The wait was long and cars were piling up in the line. I just figured I would leave. Then I was locked in behind another car waiting for food. A young gentleman walked up to my window and apologized for the issues, he then offered to take my order at the window. His name is Jacob. He looked like he was burning up in the heat. It feels like 110 degrees in Brooksville today. It should be a crime to make these young kids stand outside and take orders in this kind of heat. It’s not right!! Heat exhaustion is very real!!! (I am a retired RN). Chick-fil-A needs to choose people over profits!!! And this kind of heat they should change their system where everyone is inside and cars have to drive to the window. When Jacob came back with my food, I offered him a tip, he stated he’s not allowed to take tips. Chick-fil-A shame on you!!!!!! This is not right on any level. Let me set the record straight here. This 5-star review is for Jacob and the young girl sweating their butts off today, it is NOT for your food. If an employer can get someone to stand out in the sweltering heat that feels like 110° here in Florida they deserve to get a tip.

Ordering on the mobile app is an absolute nightmare. Used points to get items, all items forgotten. No sauces as requested and wrong food. So frustrating at this point that no one cares.

Today, I took my granddaughter and great-granddaughter for food just to have my granddaughter made fun of, bullied, and laughed at by the workers boyfriend and his friend's. I know he's her boyfriend because they were touching up on each other while she's in uniform. Very unprofessional!

Took way too long in the drive through. Instead of walking up to the cars to take orders, like they should, they literally just stand at the front and just wait for people to pull up. 2 people on one side and one on the other, and still they all just stand there 🙄 I think they need to be trained again!
