- HHHan1 day ago2.0The low rating is because despite the establishment redoing the parking lot years ago, it actually feels worse than it originally was. When it’s busy, the line backs out into the road and good luck if you’re turning left into the lot, because nobody will let you in either. It makes me want to cancel my order altogether and go somewhere else. Hopefully when the Raising Canes comes to town they can do their parking lot better because I’ll be going there instead.

Crumbling Biscuits: The biscuits themselves seem fragile and dry, falling completely apart in your hands before you can even finish eating. Less Value for More Money: Shrinking the portion size while keeping prices high feels cheap, trading customer satisfaction for higher profit margins. It just isn't what it used to be. Instead of the hearty, high-quality breakfast people expect from Chick-fil-A, you're left with a mess of crumbs and a severe case of shrinkflation. I used to love chick FIL. A. , i have been a loyal customer since 1997. Things like things need to change or i'm gone.

My order was prepared incredibly quickly, and everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly as expected. You can really tell that the staff works well together, because the service was fast without ever feeling rushed or careless. The employees were also courteous and made sure everything was right before I left. It’s rare to find a place where the food, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere all come together this well.
