  My husband was in a rehab center nearby and decided to get a carry out for dinner. Carrabbas was nearby placed an order and it was ready in 15 minutes. My meal, soup, bread and olive oil were in the bag. It was so easy. Enjoyed the meal when I got home. We usually dine in and have been to Carrabbas many times. This was the first time i ordered a carry out. Wonderful service.

  I just want to take a moment to brag on the manager who worked on Friday night on 8.28.26. I had a really great experience at Carrabba’s tonight! The food was delicious, but what stood out to me the most was the customer service and management! I noticed the manager helping his staff clean tables, and he did everything with a smile. As my husband and I were leaving, he even rushed over to open the door for us and still had that same genuine smile on his face. You don’t see that kind of hands on leadership and great customer service very often. It was clear that he truly cared about his staff and the guests. Great food, great service, and GREAT management! We really enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back!

  My husband and I are suckers for Carrabba's! It may sound silly but we went there with family after we married at the courthouse in Brooksville almost 10 years ago. We'll be back this December for our anniversary. After working there 17-18 years ago till I had my first son and ut being my first real job 4 years prior everyone knows I have a soft spot for them. 💝 My parents go to their 4 course events and love it. This year I'm taking my husband for the first time for his birthday. September's theme sounds perfect for him. The price for it isn't bad with all you receive and the experience! I worked at one in Miami discovering Carrabba's for the 1st time at 18 years old and worked at the Brooksville location a year and some later when I moved up here. I've had a heart and enjoyment of it from the beginning. They trained service much differently then other restaurants, with an extensive food/meal knowledge on everything. I think for the fresh ingredients and fresh made food you can't beat the price and tastes! It crushed me they took away the mussels, Cozze Bianco lol that was my favorite. They did the right thing when they couldn't get a good supplier for quality ones anymore (so I heard at least). The last few times I had them they were a hit or miss. It's sad also that they took away the seats by the kitchen here. That was really fun and special. Overall I think the chains do an incredible job and this location has stayed solid and consistent through changes. The food is almost always on point and I don't think I have ever had a poor experience with service from dining in, to-go, hosting, or the bar. Oh, and I have LOVED their desserts. The chocolate Sonya has been my favorite, the Tiramisu is great, others that have come and gone (bring back creme brule! Hehe) but we tryed the Cannoli cake recently. It did me in ... sooo good! I don't know how they make that vanilla butter cake so moist and perfect but they do, every time! Online/App exclusive that I believe are basically through take out are also good and lunch specials seem a decent price for an upgrade for your midday. 🫠 A++

  So Ryan is the man had an issue with a food order I had a couple days ago and carrabbas did right by me and re made the order I saw Ryan both times and he was very professional and helpful and communicated very well definitely good at what he does thanks Ryan and thanks carrabbas

  So let me tell you....My husband, me and our daughter were out spending time with her for the day and doing some running around. We told her to pick where she wanted to eat. She picked Carrabba's, we never been before. I see people coming out dressed all nice and was like oh hell my country bumpkin Tammy lookin self is NOT dressed for this place. So that was bad enough right. Then when we get done eating, paid and are heading out the door was when I realized I still had my headlights on my crocs that I had found earlier in the day and just HAD to try out. As if my outfit and the crocs alone weren't bad enough, let's add some Jeff Foxworthy "house shoes with headlights" to the mix (IYKYK) But regardless I felt no less welcome, was treated no differently at all ( even though if that waiter saw my shoes he was likely thinking "I stg if these people dine n dash" LOL) The food and service was perfect. I will definitely be back however this time will be leaving the crocs with headlights at home. Biggest plus for me was the fact our water never ran dry. Not once, for 3 people drinking at different paces. Even in slow businesses I have had mine or my husbands drink empty and have a wait time before it gets filled.
