We dine out every other day if not daily, and we always frequent the local restaurants, but Bonefish unfortunately has been simply atrocious between the service including the olderly lady walking around like a staff sergent(Matilde per the old movie),Nikki the store manager/stock holder, that does not really care or has a clue how to really run that dining room,or she would not have that nasty lady upfront, scaring people away. The food has been pretty inconsistent now for well over 4 or 5 years. They continue to cut corners, taking the real oil of olives out and mixing it with seed oil to deep the bread, before i have seen even straight seed oil served, absolutely gross. You now have been serving blended steamed vegetables like a diner, but your are bitter, nasty and cold with absolutelyno taste. This should not be that type of restaurant to serve such vegetables, but than again, nothing is really coming hot out of that kitchen, and you can't even tell anyone they will have an attitude about and be at the corner talking about you.It is a very sad thing as Bone Fish was our go to place 2 or 3 times a week when they first opened till up to recent, it is a true nightmare now getting servers attention,as they are always short stuffed in the kitchen and dining room, and with incompetent management obviously ,by hiring people like you do,that makes it where there is no control over the kitchen either, and how the food is prepared and supposed to come out. Please get read of the old lady walking around the place with a dead fish face that never smiles, but just gives you dirty looks and at least have some younger vibrant and competent people starting to greed guests when they walk in and sit them, dont always have dirty tables not available, and hire some new decent servers that are groomed and knowledgeable , and dont look like they just rushed out of the house to come and work please. Shannon is probably your best asset and server in that restaurant always smiling and recognizing guests she waited on ,Jason was ok if he is still there ,Jackie is just so bad and does not even tend to her tables unless, all others need some serious training on fine dining but unfortunately your place is no longer considered a fine dining restaurant due to all the above reasons but especially the olderly unkind and unfriendly lady walking around with an attitude. Please get your act together and get that place back in shape like used to be when it first opened, its really become the talk of the town, out friends dont even want to dine there anymore.

Just went there yesterday and as always, Erika J. is the BEST. Of course, the food and drinks are awesome as well, but with Erika there makes the visit even better. We always know we are going to have a GREAT time when we get Erika--who we ask for each time we go. She has made us want to come back to Bonefish after a not so good time a while back, so glad we got her as our server that day. She knows what we like to drink and how we like our food made and even gives great suggestions. Bonefish should be very pleased to have her on their team.

Another great dinner at the springhill Bonefish, our server Ethan is a new addition to the team and a perfect fit , on point with his recommendations , the unicorn fish and shrimp was delicious, as was our go favorites of bang bang shrimp and the coconut pie, thank you Ethan for a great experience. Keep up the good work.

So this visit was such a disappointment! We had just come over from Carrabba’s across the street which was amazing! We’ve been Bonefish customers for years and have never had a bad experience, until the Brooksville visit. At first, our waitress Tamara seemed nice enough. However, she went through a Jekyll and Hyde transformation when we mentioned that our food was barely warm. We’ve been served under-heated food before and it’s never a problem. They take it back and warm it up. Tamara became disgustingly rude. We also mentioned that my wife’s fish was saturated in grease. Tamara’s response, “it’s fish, it’s supposed to be greasy.” She obviously doesn’t understand that if fish is overly greasy, it’s an indication that the cooking grease temperature was too cold allowing the batter to absorb excess oil. This too was a fixable problem. Not sure why she would be so unprofessional, as it’s not her fault the food was not warm enough and the fish was greasy. All she had to do is rectify the problem and her job is done. The food service industry is obviously a bad career choice for Tamara. On a positive note, my Bang Bang shrimp was excellent after it was heated up.

Ordered to go for pickup. I received a text at 5:39pm, texted i was parked in spot #2. At 6pm when my food did not.come out i went inside the restaurant to the ro go area and no one was there. I waited for about five more minutes then went to a server and asked if anyone was in the to go area, she said yes. Then asked my name. Gave her my name she walked around the to go counter and my food had been sitting there. I paid over seventy dollars including an eight dollar and forty six cent tip to go inside and get my own food. I will never est at this place again. If I want horrible service I will go get fast food and save some money and a tip.
