  When this place 1st opened they were great! The last 2 times I ordered there not so much... Let me start by saying I hate when places offer all flats or all drums for an extra fee, because the other customers pay the price by getting an abundance of whatever is left... My experience on my 2nd to last was horrible!! I asked for well done wings, they were barely cooked, and of the 20 wings I ordered I received 2 flats (my preferred wing) and 18 drums...And on my last order, same thing, not cooked well done and I received 5 flats and 15 drums!! Obviously someone is paying the upcharge and buying all the flats, and we are paying the price... I am seeing why you have a 3.8 rating on 38 reviews already...Do better and perhaps go to the Seffner location and learn, they have a 4.7 rating and over 1200 reviews!!

  genuinely the best wingstop experience I’ve ever had, tyran and erin (forgive me if I heard wrong/spelled wrong) helped me out and were super cool and friendly. Made my night + will be strictly going to this wingstop from now on,thanks you two✌🏼✌🏼

  o Whom It May Concern, I am filing a complaint regarding the treatment my minor daughter and I received at your store. My daughter picked up an online order and was mistakenly given the wrong order by staff. We did not discover the error until we arrived home. When we called the store, the manager was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly blamed my daughter for a mistake made by the restaurant. When we returned to the store, the manager continued to behave unprofessionally. He openly discussed the situation with employees and customers and falsely accused my daughter of stealing another customer’s order. Making such an accusation against a minor when she was simply handed the wrong order by staff is completely unacceptable. The manager was also disrespectful toward me and refused to provide his name when asked. I am requesting that this incident be investigated and that appropriate action be taken.   Best Wingstop I’ve had so far! The wings were fantastic, the breading was just right, and the fries were perfect—nice and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Recommend the garlic parm, delicious!!!
