  I visited this location with a very large order for my co-workers and I and they made a mistake and didn't complete my order like I ordered it and I ended up paying for food that I didn't get when I tried to call this location no one would answer the phone I went back to this location and they pretty much told me I was lying about my food that was missing I think it's very disrespectful to tell a customer that they're lying about the food that they were missing when they come and spend almost $50 at your location

  TJ at this location was very nice and helpful, bringing my drive thru order to me amd helping when items where missing. He was very polite. Otherwise would be much lower as the shift leader or manager needed to search my bag for the 3 items I said where missing saying she knew she made them even though I told her I searched it already. This took forever, she confirmed I was right and then by the time all of that was done everything was cold and soggy. Thank you TJ, great customer service.

  The staff is wonderful on Bloomingdale they go above and beyond and it's a whole bunch of young gentlemen working and maybe one or two females but they know how to run that place every time I go there they always have a smile and then go out of their way to make sure you're happy

  Worst Taco Bell, disrespectful staff. I came in before 10pm ordered and sat down with my food and then one of the associates let me know that I could not eat there because they were going to close the lobby at 10, after telling him that I was there before 10, that there was no sign saying that and should be allowed to finish my meal I was told again to leave. I was on my motorcycle so I was forced out to eat in the cold 40 degree weather not having a place to put my food and take it home. don’t come here the people suck.
