  I’m giving the food a five star rating even though we were not able to order. The drive through attendant was annoyed that we had to do 3 separate orders which I one hundred percent get, but there was no need to sigh and say “here we go”. He would then refuse to serve us when my mother who was in the back seat in a joking tone to ease the tension. The bigger issue is the attitude that the employee had and no one answering the phone so we can make the complaint. First time I’ve had an issue at this location, I would like a call back.

  If any manager reads this please send an apology for me to the employee who was working on Tuesday around 6-7. I was in a rush and I was about to leave before the food came and I was rude and I would like to apologize because she handled the situation really well and gave me much respect. The food was amazing was well!

  What is wrong with you Sonic Brandon? One piece of bacon. Lettuce has gone bad, and bread was barely toasted. So sad because we have been Sonic fans until we tried yours. Lunch was ruined.

  Just waited 40 minutes for 3 shakes and 1 icee. There was 1 car waiting when we arrived. When they finally brought them out everything was melted. The girl said they could be remade and stated they were sitting waiting to be brought out for a long time. 🙄
