  I sincerely enjoyed my birthday food, but I had to convince the two people that I was placing an order-not picking anything up for an Uber or Doordash. Maybe that's why I was treated badly in the beginning? I was looking at the app and trying to figure out my coupon. There was not much of an atmosphere besides that. You're lucky it was free. If I had had to pay for that experience, it would easily be a two.

  I’m being generous with three stars . Just moved back to Florida and have ordered their food quite a bit over the last two months for good food and fair prices. That said, they advertised a buy one get one on Bbq sandwiches and platano moduro. I thought, how nice to do that for their customers. The food arrived and I bought two buns with less than half of the meat. You cannot make a complaint without downloading their app. I won’t order from here again.

  The chicken was a bit over cooked. I have been in other Pollo Tropical in South Florida and the chicken was done to perfection. The black beans were totally watery and no taste. The need to be a bit thick. I would suggest to the proprietors to hire a more knowledgeable chef. This cook is not Hispanic. Any Hispanic would know how to make a decent chicken and black beans.
