  Turned off all kiosks just so we could place any orders. Purposely ignoring dine in orders and only making drive thru orders. Very rude and disrespectful staff especially at night time. Waiting over 30 minutes to get food in an empty restaurant is unacceptable...

  We made an order using the app. When we arrived we had to wait 15 minutes. What's worse is that our order was 100% wrong when we git home, even though the tickets on the burger boxes were correct for what we ordered. It was so disappointing because what was in the boxes were nothing any of us would ever eat. Tried to send an email, like the receipt says to do, but the emails given on the receipt bounce back as invalid. A total waste of $25.60 and one of my rewards 😔

  They get your order wrong and then try to fight you over giving you the food you paid for.

  I only get this for my kids because they deserve a childhood of eating crap sometimes. But you guys are such in a rush, you can barely hear the gibberish spoken in the drive thru, or in such a rush to hand off food that you can’t even hand everything off that’s needed. Even to call the store it’s “mc dondalds” spoken so fast you almost can’t understand the person speaking. Can there be at least a slight bit of professionalism on at least how your manager picks up the phone? Teach your managers how to better recover your customer for your screw up.

  Went to McDonald’s today and ordered a chicken muffin sandwich. The chicken was very rubbery and seemed undercooked, so I stopped eating it. Really disappointed because food safety should be taken seriously. Staff should check the quality before serving.
