  I literally went to the drive through and told them I had an order to deliver with UberEats. They had me pull up to the 3rd window and had me sitting there for 10 minutes! I had to literally get out of my car and knock on the 2nd window to ask how long on my order! They were sitting there cleaning while my order was just sitting there getting cold! Forgot I was even at the 3rd delivery window! This is ridiculous! You guys want better pay. But, can't even do your freaking job the correct way! Do better man!

  Went through with my husband for lunch today. Our in app order glitched and prompted us to go through the drive through. It gave us an order number, and said share it with a team member to receive your order. This was evidently extremely complicated and has never happened before as it took the cashier and 2 separate employees to find our order. I have several concerns about this location. Have food safety and handling rules changed, or is it now okay to have long hair out of a net in the work place? There was a male employee with quite shaggy, long brown hair handling food without a net on. The food was either blazing hot or freezing cold when we got it, and took forever to come out despite being one of only 3 cars in the line. Will not be returning to this location.

  ZERO RATING IF I COULD **Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this location and will not be returning. My order number was **1633**, and unfortunately, almost every aspect of the visit was a disappointment. I went inside to pick up my order and asked for a simple cup of ice, which the staff member flatly refused. To make matters worse, the food quality was unacceptable; the double cheeseburger was completely cold—not even lukewarm—and the McFlurry was already melted by the time I received it. The service was the biggest issue. The young lady assisting me was unprofessional, disrespectful, and outright rude. It is unbelievable that a customer would be treated this way. Between the cold food and the poor attitude from the staff, I’m done with this location. Save your money and go elsewhere.

  Zero stars, the staff needs to be fired. My son got a refill, well he drank it before we left. He asked for another refill which would have been his second refill, they told him no. I asked why they said no, the lady's response was that customers are only allowed one refill per visit.

  Between 3:00 PM and 3:10 PM on April 23, 2026, a cashier refused to accept a voucher entitling me to a «buy one burger, get the second free» offer. He claimed that this promotion was not valid at their location and applied only to the specific McDonald’s where I had originally received the voucher. Ultimately, I placed and paid for my order myself—at which point he handed me an identical voucher (once again allowing me to buy one burger and get a second one free). It was an unpleasant experience, as I regularly use such vouchers to eat at various McDonald’s locations, and I have never encountered this issue anywhere else before. I recommend against scheduling employees for shifts who lack the necessary skills to perform their jobs, handle sales, or follow company policies..
