  I never do reviews ever but now I have a legit reason . I’m a very patient and cool person but everytime I come to this place , the attention to detail and customer service is horrible . When a customer walks in , it’s important and common sense to attend or at least acknowledge them. I came in to pick up a DoorDash order and not once was I approached . I’ve waiting 20 min for 2 wraps and a drink to be made TWO WRAPS . That’s outrageous and embarrassing. A waste of time like people myself who are actually out here hustling . Time is money and there’s no drive at all in this place but only gossiping and lolly gaggin . Either you guys need more employees or actual employees that will make you feel welcomed and are actually hustling . The lobby or drive thru wasn’t busy at all so there’s absolutely no excuse for this type of inconvenience. Please get it together especially in a “professional “ environment. Crazy I even have to leave a comment this long.

  We came here after having many bad experiences at a McDs closer to us. We tried to order online but site was not cooperating. My husband went inside and asked for the manager to assist with online issues. "Ouzi" came righy over though it was extremely busy. He wins the award for the most polished, professional manager we have ever had at ANY fast food and most sit down restaurants. He toke the time to listen, resolve the issue and personally packed our order apologizing again we had issues with the app. We will drive out of our way from now on when we want McDs to visit Ouzi and his team!!! Corporate should utilize him to train other teams as they could truly benefit from his skills. Kudos Ouzi!!

  i ordered delivery on the app 2 times for breakfast at 10am and they cancelled my orders. i go on doordash to buy a big breakfast and then i get it but IM MISSING MY HOT CAKES! if yall didn’t have pancakes then why would yall still have it still available on the mcdonalds app and doordash???

  Waited 20 mins for 3 cheeseburger bags they could not get it together. I had to park in the spot and they forgot about us so I had to call the manager in the restaurant cuz they completely dropped the bag. Ridiculous

  We stopped in at 11 PM and pleasantly surprised that the dining room still open. Food was fresh, restaurant was clean, and the manager - Ousmane - what extremely nice and kind. He was very helpful, friendly and made the visit for our whole family a great experience, even though everybody was exhausted and it was late at night. I will pass other McDonald’s to go to this one in the future, the world needs more nice managers like Ousmane!!!
