  This place sucks. Don't come here. They take forever to make your order. They'll serve other people before you even though you got there first. They didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in. I sat and waited for at least 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. Very disappointed

  First time at Jimmy John’s. Not sure I will ever come back. I wanted to try out the sandwiches and thought I’d try a simple sandwich. I ordered the Pepe and asked if I could swap out the provolone cheese for cheddar cheese. I was told that I would have to pay extra for any swapped cheese because the system can’t change the cheese. So the sandwich has a set price for the provolone cheese and I paid extra for the cheddar cheese. I paid for two cheese but only got one. This doesn’t make sense to me and the only explanation was the system can’t. Needless to say, the sandwich was so so, therefore I probably won’t be back. Next time Subway.
