  I am not one who typically leaves reviews but I am amazed by the customer service at this establishment. Everybody is super friendly and helpful. They are all just very warm and welcoming nobody has a bad attitude. Kay is the sweetest person ever! It's such a pleasure to be able to grab breakfast from people who have a smile and are polite. Great way to start the day. And they have the best bagels 🤤

  DW & CG have a lot of fond memories at this Einstein location from over the years. We returned to this location recently, so this review will focus on the current status. We hope this feedback is taken constructively. The restaurant building, both inside and outside, are woefully out of date and faded. The furnishings are old and worn out. The restrooms were very dirty and unsuitable. We were very disappointed with the dine-in experience. There needs to be a complete remodel of the building. There were plenty of employees on-hand and the order came out fairly quickly. Many of the employees had long hair and beards which were not covered, so we had some concerns about hygiene. The food quality was OK but the coffee was burnt. When the day arrives that this Einstein's location announces a grand re-opening, we will be happy to return. Until then, we will have to take a pass.

  I came to this location passing through l wanted something quick. I’ll start by saying food was fast for the amount of people. However, what I witnessed was unacceptable. I heard a man refer to himself as a manager before yelling at one of the employees in front of everyone! I wasn’t the only customer that saw this. Employees kept working like normal Very upsetting!

  I had such a great experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels thanks to Kay! From the moment I walked in, Kay was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made the ordering process smooth and took the time to make sure everything was just right. What really stood out was her positive attitude and professionalism, even during a busy time. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about the customers she serves. Because of Kay, my visit felt personal and enjoyable—not just another stop for breakfast. Employees like Kay truly make a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I gave 3 stars today because I really like coming to this location, everyone is nice and I enjoy their food, but today was not their day. I ordered my food online and when I went inside to pick it up it was not ready. I patiently waited only for the lady to put it in the shelf for pick up and it's cold. I asked for it to be remade and toasted and they remade it with no problem. I got inside my car to eat my sandwich only for it to still be cold. I've never had a cold sandwich from them before so I just wrapped it back up and will have to heat it up when I get to my destination.
