  Everytime I order on the app and go in to pick up my drinks and food. It’s never ready. When I go inside to pick up my order I’m not greeted by a single employee. When I finally ask “excuse me I’ve been here for 10 min with a mobile order. Is my drink ready? Is it the one sitting on the table right there” I get told oh yea my bad. Here you go. Thank you for such amazing customer service! Great start to the day!

  I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with less ice large, and a chocolate glazed donut. I asked for extra juice, and they said okay. The total was something like $6.75. When they gave me the drink, it was half way full? I asked them why they it was literally half way full, and they said “because you ordered less ice, and we measure the amount that we add” are you actually serious right now? like are you making your own rules now? In Massachusetts, where I live, we get a full cup even if we order NO ice. It literally ruined my mood. Other times when I went inside to order and there was a different person they would make my drink, they would give me a full cup. So rude, never going there again.

  Literally, the only Dunkin’ Donuts in the area that asked for a tip. And you know what? I know times are hard, so I tip every time every time. Just for my order to be wrong. When I asked for them to fix it, it’s always met with a petty attitude and an over exaggeration of the fixed order. For example, you ask for a coffee with sugar and cream you receive a coffee with no sugar and cream. You asked for them to fix it, you receive a cup of diabetes. You ask for a toasted bagel. You receive a soft bagel you asked for them to fix it. You receive a burnt bagel. It’s like what’s the point of tipping for service that you’re not even receiving and on top of that why do they always feel the need to force feed you the receipt? It’s like, bro I just tipped you on a coffee and bagel in the drive-through. The least you could do is throw the receipt away. I know we all hate our lives, and we all hate our jobs, but this coffee and bagel is literally the best start of my horrible day. And now I just take a gamble if it’s gonna be a horrible start for a horrible day. I guess it’s understandable. I hate my job/life too. To be fair it doesn’t happen all the time but you do got a 50-50 shot. At this point I just need to play the real Russian roulette and get it over with.

  The customer service was fantastic. Every single employee was swift, kind, and on top of their job. The food was fantastic, we had a large party and we compared food selections and everything looked amazing. I t is a dangerous place to eat if you are calorie counting, but if you aren’t this place will have you in a food coma. I do believe the atmosphere could use some brightening up. The servers are all wearing dark clothes which is fine, but the whole place feels dark. Outside of that, it’s a great place to eat.
