I was told the total was 4.32 It asked for a tip I hit 0 no tip and it didn't go through when I scanned my card because the young black lady at the counter Joriah canceled it. I rescanned it and the price had jumped up to 5.18! The receipt states that A .86 cent Tip was added! This is theft and is not right! Tipping is commencerate with service not something that you have to pay unless you state from the beginning that a certain tip will be mandatory! I asked her about it and she said I don't know what happened! Im sure she does probably does this to alot of people and they don't pay attention and she gets away with it! I will never return to this location! It is not about the .86 cents it is about the PRINCIPAL! This is theft guys You can't change the price on somebody without notifying them first!

I was in shock. And forget about trying to talk to a higher up. I never recieved a call back. Very unprofessional all the way around. Avoid this location at all cost.
