  ⭐️ **0/10 for my first Chipotle experience** I have never been to Chipotle before, and apparently that is a problem at this location. I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted, because, you know… **it was my first time there.** Instead of someone explaining the menu or offering a little assistance, I got the impression that my questions were a major inconvenience. Apparently, you're expected to walk in already knowing the entire Chipotle menu and exactly how to order. I also went in because I saw the Honey Chicken advertised. Guess what? **Not available at this location.** Of course, I didn't find that out until I was standing there trying to order. Then there's the steak. I ordered steak, but what I received honestly did not look or have the consistency of steak I'm familiar with. I've eaten plenty of steak in my life, and this was so questionable-looking that **I couldn't bring myself to eat it.** When your customer is sitting there wondering, "What exactly am I looking at?" that's probably not the reaction you're going for. So let me get this straight: I'm a first-time customer, I need help understanding the menu, the employees act annoyed that I'm asking questions, the item I came in wanting isn't available, and then I'm handed food that makes me nervous to eat. **What a fantastic introduction to Chipotle.** Needless to say, I won't be rushing back. There are far too many places willing to take my money without making me feel stupid for being a first-time customer—and without leaving me questioning whether I should actually eat what I just paid for. **If you've never been to Chipotle before, I'd seriously consider trying a different location. This one certainly didn't make me want to become a customer.**

  5 people behind the counter, still had to wait. Food was not prepared. The food on the line was dry or empty and everything was a mess, spills all over. Ill be going to Cava from now on. Such a shame too.

  Always more expensive than other locations and always dirty. Drink station is never cleaned nor is the counter space, And zero hair nets Nasty!!!

  Online ordering sucks. Sometimes you can wait 10 minutes due to a car waiting for their order. You’ll end up with cold food. I ordered extra of everything I had and they did not listen. Somehow the other burrito we had ordered was larger and did not have extra listed. Not sure how that happened. Go inside to get your food or you’ll end up waiting for cold food.

  Not sure what the other reviews are about, however I came into this branch of Chipotle today, and my order came out great. I usually go inside the store to place my order, which maybe what the difference was, but I had no complaints on the quality. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to give them another chance in store and see what your experience is like.
