  So I picked up my food and notice the bag is totally wet and has a hole in it. Inside & outside the bag, was covered in sauce because they didn’t secure the lid for the side of sauce I ordered. I pulled back around & showed the guy & he apologized and then shortly handed me another bag. I parked to eat & every single piece of chicken was so hard and burnt ( it looked like it was burned and stuck to the bottom of the pot. It was just barely warm. It was so disgusting I threw it away. And when they gave me my order the second time because if the whole mess from the saturated bowl, bag & sauce, they didn’t even give me a new clean bowl instead they used the same one and just put a new aluminum top on it. This bowl is also soaked and a huge mess. I completely wasted $16 on the crap. I’m so disappointed and hungry. I definitely WILL NOT come back nor will I recommend this place. I wish I had taken a pic of the first order they gave me but here is a pic of the bowl after I wiped all the sauce off the bottom & a pic of the cold, dry, hard, burnt chicken bowl that I wasted $16 on. Chipotle Do Better!!!!

  This is my local chipotle and I have to say my experience has always been awesome. While frequent this location at least 2-3x a week I have to say the employees are very friendly and generous with their portions when ordering at the counter. I’ve never had a bad experience here, food has always been great, portions have been great, atmosphere not bad at all. I’m astonished to read about this location having bad reviews! I will continue to go to this chipotle location! Thanks for being awesome!

  A complete lack of respect. Don’t buy food here if you value your money. I ordered three “tacos” and a bowl, and the food was not fresh and extremely cold. I ordered for pickup, stayed there waiting, and ate it in the parking lot—so there was no chance for it to get cold afterward. My first impression of the tacos was disgust. On top of that, they messed up my order—I asked for crispy tortillas and got something else. Everything was soggy. The flour tortilla felt like chewing gum, absolutely disgusting. From the moment I took it out of the bag, it was dripping. I thought maybe it was sauce or something, but it looked like it had been run under a faucet. It seriously seemed like dishwasher water.
