  If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I ordered 2 bowls at 530pm and received the wrong order. I called to let them know the mistake so that they could make sure the food was ready for the customers who ordered the order that I received. After driving home I realized I received the wrong order. We are the kind of people who will just eat whatever is in front of us. No harm no foul. The problem that I have is after my 9 month pregnant wife finished her food, I looked at the bag again and realized the food was prepared at 1230 pm. This food was sitting on the counter unrefridgerated for 6 hours time. Food born illnesses and bacteria start taking over at about the 2 hour mark. When I called this chipotle again and explained the situation, they didn't seem to understand the seriousness of serving 6 hour old food. When I started getting a little angry about the lack of acknowledgement of the major mistake, they started giving me some serious sass back. This location does not understand the seriousness of food safety. Do not eat at this location. Shout out to the shift manager and general manager that was working at 530 pm on the 7th of May. Your negligence to food safety could potential harm my unborn baby and 9 month pregnant wife. Thank you for reading my tedd talk.

  Food was ok. 1 female employee working hard, the rest were talking and eating. Tables were messy and dirty, looked like they had not been wiped down in a while.

  Very very disappointed with the service today from a young lady, short, long brown straight hair. Camera time if you choose to even check it 2:59 pm 3:05 pm today. I asked about my order and she said “your order” I said yes she rolled her eyes as she stood there talking to 2 other employees disregarding I was asking about my order. Then when I asked again she acted like it was an issue to do her job. Unacceptable! Disrespectful! Not appreciate at all. I will highly encourage others in the area to not go to this location.

  $44.00 for a salad bowl and another bowl is disgusting. Chipotle used to be decent. The woman at the counter asked "Do you want more?" Each time she was putting the bowl together. She DID NOT explain that each additional scoop is double charged. I wanted the "Protein Bowl" as described and advertised. The counter lady said she can do a salad. Apparently this isn't a real order it's just imaginary only added for nutrition and calories. I didn't get anything to eat just spent $20.00 for my son for a bowl. Guess I'll go to McDonald's on the way home from Chipotle. My teenage boys love it here but it's gotten too expensive.
