The employees are just as trashy as the condition of the location itself—dirty, neglected, and completely embarrassing. How this place is still open is beyond comprehension and honestly infuriating. Employees go out of their way not to help you. You’re treated like an inconvenience for simply ordering food or asking for anything beyond the bare minimum. They don’t care about you, they don’t care about cleanliness, and they clearly don’t care about doing their jobs. Management is even worse. They’ve completely abandoned any sense of responsibility and continue to run this location straight into the ground with zero accountability. Customers are nowhere near a priority, and it’s painfully clear that management could not care less about the experience people are forced to endure here. This is hands down the worst location in the area—a disgusting, shameful excuse for a business. It’s a miserable, hellish experience every single time, and the fact that no one seems to have control over this place is pathetic. Shame on management and shame on the franchisee. This location is a complete disgrace.
