As someone who orders their star sandwich maybe twice a week across multiple locations, I have never been more sorely disappointed in service and quality. I typically order 3 sides of jalapeños since I like a little extra but 2 slices for 25 cents is a rip off and in no ther location has this ever happened. After talking with Valerie thinking that someone made a mistake it was clear that this Kid has never worked in food service since she didn’t know what a ramiken was nor anywhere else by her attitude. She was rude and said that's how they operate here and that either I could order more sides or go to another branch. I ended up paying more to not be talked down to and just get it over with. Who ever runs this place needs to train employees better and follow spec like every other branch. I'll also be emailing corporate about this, Chick-fil-A isn't known to be employing scammers and rude people.
