  The worker Carleigh provided outstanding customer service during our visit. She was not only efficient and professional, but also incredibly kind and compassionate. My daughter is a burn victim, and Carleigh took the time to make her feel special by calling her beautiful. That simple act of kindness truly made her day and meant so much to our family. Employees like Carleigh make a real difference, and we need more workers in the world with her level of care, positivity, and compassion. Thank you for having such an amazing employee on your team.

  This is the kind of chicken they served us this morning . I have been coming to the valrico location for years and have noticed their chicken quality has gone down drastically since the new Brandon location has opened its doors . I’m extremely disappointed that this is not the first time that this has happened and definitely not the last . The line was empty when we showed up at about 7:20am , wouldn’t be surprised if they served the same quality of chicken to the customers who came in after us . Extremely disappointing when we expect better from a location that has been open longer than just a few months. Just go to the Brandon location, valrico isn’t worth your time.

  I was having a hard day so I stopped in to get a little frosted root beer as a treat. Carly/Carlie took my order and was so incredibly friendly and sweet. She complimented me and completely turned around my day. I can't stop smiling. I don't know if there's a reward program or anything for good employees, but if there is, I would highly recommend that someone gives her the recognition she deserves. Thank you Carly!

  Ordered spicy deluxe sandwich, instead they gave me bacon sandwich. when i went back to get the right sandwich and refund, rude manager instead of apologizing for mistake, said i can either get your sandwich replaced or refund the money. These days customer service and courtesy has gone down the drainhole and this is prime example of that. How can you make this mistake and then instead of showing how sorry for giving someone wrong meat, you behave like it's a casual mistake and be straight faced about it. can a replaced sandwich is a good enough favor here? Also when i said i will complain this to franchise owner and chick fil a corporate, they said do it as if they don't care. Update post speaking to restaurant : google must give provision to give 0 star rating. Spoke and wasted 15 minutes. Zero regret from restaurant on their behavior
