  Wanted to use past receipt for FREE BIG BUFORD but I had difficult time trying to get offer. Would be nice if it were easier like McDonald's. Everything else was great.

  This Checkers location is absolutely terrible and I strongly recommend avoiding it. The website doesn't even allow you to leave a complaint so you have to report it to the BBB. The app processed my order before I was even finished adding items to my cart, and to make matters worse, it charged the wrong card—one I never authorized for this purchase. That alone is a huge red flag. It gets worse. I never even received my food, and when I contacted the store, the manager flat-out lied and said they couldn’t cancel the order or issue a refund. She told me to call corporate, so I did—only to be told that because it’s a franchise, ONLY the store manager could process the refund. So basically, they just passed me back and forth with no solution, and the manager hung up the phone on me. On top of all that, when I asked for the manager’s name, both her and the staff refused to give it to me. Completely unprofessional and shady. So to sum it up: I was charged without authorization, got nothing in return, not the food that was ordered, NOTHING, and on top of that I was refused a refund, and lied to repeatedly. This place is either extremely poorly run or outright scamming customers. Either way, stay far away from this poorly ran franchise location and save yourself the headache.

  Store manager is unprofessional and disrespectful hung up in my face over a refund request. Refused to give me a refund. This location will rob you! Would give negative stars if I could. Update: (in response to the comment below left by the owner) The link you left doesn't work you cannot send a complaint via the link you provided. When I filled out the complaint form it does not send. This entire situation is a very bad look for checkers. I have gone through the proper legal channels. I am opening a class action lawsuit. You cannot rob customers and get away with it.

  I literally waited in the drive thru for 5 min and there was absolutely no wait. No car in front of me or anyone at the walk up window. Staff were really lazy and the lady had a horrible attitude once i pulled up without ordering at taker window. Need better attitudes here.
