  I am very with my experience, mobile ordering is fast and In some cases even before my time slot, the quality is fresh and the app is very user friendly. Overall I enjoyed the food and the staff were very nice and helpful

  Only been here a few times but I've gotten the same thing every time yet every time im here im charged differently. I was charged for getting Hummus on the side yet if I just ask them to put it in my bowl its free? I wasnt even told it would be extra. This last time it cost an extra 10 dollars. Why. I could go in and pay 15 or 30.

  Make sure you check your bowl before leaving, picked up a to go order and when I got home it had 0 protein. Yes I ordered it correctly with chicken. Will not visit this location again. The store said they were waiting for chicken, then why was this order given to me with no chicken?

  Walked into this cava and got a build your own bowl, Not only is the food AMAZING but the service was OUTSTANDING! Shout out to my girl Gianna for making It such a welcoming experience, she helped me redeem my rewards which I didn't know how to. She was very patient with me while I was being indecisive. She was very smiley at the end of my visit and I will for sure be coming back, Keep it up Cava!!!!

  Horrible customer service. I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated during my visit. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their background. Businesses should hire and train employees who know how to provide fair, respectful service to everyone. If someone is not willing or able to treat customers appropriately, they may not be a good fit for a customer-facing position. Customer service should be a top priority in any establishment, especially in the food industry. Unfortunately, my experience was so negative that I would give this place zero stars based on the treatment I received alone.
