  Kaila helped build my husband and I’s bowls while there. She had the best attitude I’ve experienced since coming to this location for about two years now. She was so bubbly and kind, which made us smile after feeling drained from working out. Truly could tell she’s a wonderful person through and through!! As always the food is amazing never fails, but this time it felt like it was made with care!

  Walked into cava earlier today and the service by Gianna , she was very patient and kind with me. She guided me carefully throughout my experience. at the end at the cashier she made me smile and laugh and she kept the conversation going. seriously did an amazing job never had this type of experience at cava. keep up the good work! Thank you Gianna keep being you 😊

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such an amazing experience at CAVA! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, but what really stood out was the incredible customer service. Kayla, Corina, Susan, and Bird were all so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. You could genuinely tell that they cared about making sure everyone had a great experience. They were patient, helpful, and had such positive energy the entire time. It’s not often you come across a team that works so well together and makes you feel appreciated as a customer. Their service definitely made my visit even better! The food was great, the atmosphere was inviting, and the staff made the whole experience 10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this CAVA to everyone. Kayla, Corina, Susan, and Bird deserve to be recognized for the amazing job they’re doing! 🫶🏽✨

  I love this place! The food is always so good. I recently forgot my purse there and called when I got home. They let me know they had it, but since they were already closed, I couldn’t pick it up until the next morning. When I went in, everything was still there! Thank you so much to the staff for being so honest, kind, and friendly. I already loved this place, but I love it even more now!!!

  The Brandon location is my favorite always clean, great customer service food fresh. They always make you feel special and take pride in your order. Ms.Dee is amazing she makes recommendations and they are always a hit for me!! Keep up the good work Brandon
