We came to dinner with our parents and Troy took the absolute best care of us. He went above and beyond and made sure we had everything we needed and even more. It’s hard to be impressed while working in the industry yourself but Troy blew us away. Thank you Troy and to the chefs!

First I'll say, their food is delicious. Never had a bad experience when we dine in. Lately we've been doing pickup, and also never had a problem before. Last night we tried using Uber Eats and the driver said order took forever to complete because it was mother's day. Then it took another 45minutes for the driver to deliver it - but that's on Uber Eats - I will never use them again.
I'm dinging Carrabbas because they gave Uber an estimated time of 15-30min & took over an hour.
Today for Mother’s Day on May 10,, 2026, I came to Carrabba‘s Italian Grill in Brandon, with my home girl & her daughter. The service, the atmosphere, the manager, the waiter Cody was amazing. Whatever their system is to get our drinks, refills, bread, appetizers, food, napkins, keep it up! My home girl & I have not asked for not one thing that it hasn’t been to our table within a few seconds, and it is very busy today. Our waiter is fantastic, his name is Cody. He is very nice, Great sense of humor, funny and genuine. I will definitely come to Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Brandon again! The service and the employees are amazing! The employees work well with one another! Teamwork makes a dream work! Thank you for having me! The best service & food, Carrabba‘s Italian bar & Grill in Brandon!!

We were in town celebrating my graduation and enjoyed every moment. We planned this months in advance, and the management worked with us to take care of every detail with intention and fabulous communication. ALL of our servers, ESPECIALLY Josh (who was recommended by name from a close family friend), were kind, attentive, and made the experience not only run smoothly, but made a special night even more special for me and my guests. With a large party, we were cared for with the same level of attention for a table of two. The manager on duty (whose name I can't remember) was fantastic and helped us through this whole process so we didn't have to worry about anything. 1000000/10

We just had the pleasure of being served by Capriele and Morgan today while Capriele was training Morgan, and I wanted to make sure they received the credit they absolutely deserve. It was probably some of, if not the best, service we have received at this Carrabba’s location.
Both Capriele and Morgan were friendly, attentive, fast, caring, and genuine throughout the entire experience. As a former server myself, you can usually tell the difference between someone simply doing their job versus someone who genuinely cares about the guest experience, and we truly felt well cared for from start to finish. We often focus so much on what goes wrong and not enough on recognizing when things go exceptionally well, so I wanted to take the time to share this feedback.
Capriele greeted us immediately, let us know Morgan was in training, and reassured us that Morgan would be taking over our table while still making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. She took our orders and spoke to both of our children as valued guests rather than dismissing them because they were kids, which meant a lot to us as parents.
One moment that especially stood out to me was her attention to detail. I noticed there were specks/debris in my water glass and marks/residue on a couple of the wine glasses. Before I even had the chance to say anything, Capriele noticed me quietly checking the glass, immediately removed both glasses, apologized, and brought fresh replacements right away. She handled it proactively, professionally, and without making it awkward, which honestly impressed me more than the issue itself. That level of attentiveness and awareness is rare.
She introduced Morgan warmly and made the transition seamless. Capriele was funny, personable, and had such an infectious smile and energy. At one point, a neighboring table had a poor attitude, and she handled the situation gracefully while also coaching Morgan professionally through it. You can tell Morgan is being trained by someone who genuinely cares about hospitality and setting others up for success. Honestly, we would come back again just because of the service provided even if the food wasn’t great!
Morgan was also incredibly attentive, caring, and professional. Our drinks never even reached half full before she was there refilling them, and again, she treated our children like real guests throughout the experience. That small detail goes a very long way for families.
Please make sure both Capriele and Morgan receive recognition for the experience they created today. They represented your restaurant exceptionally well, and we truly appreciated the level of care and hospitality they provided.
