  Fantastic experience at Bonefish Grill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and made the whole dining experience even better. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a great spot for dinner. Definitely a 5-star restaurant, and I’ll be back again!

  Probably the worst bonefish location. Terrible customer service. Had a 3:00 reservation, road closures led to unexpected traffic, called to see if they could move it for just 15 mins, they declined and offered no resolution. Just stated the manager said no. Will never return to this location EVER! Thankfully I know someone at the corporate division that will make sure this is addressed.

  Mother's day! Menus totally changed, when we asked the manager he defended the company by spilling restaurant panic mode: first he defended the company by letting me know that they would serve over 700 customers- sorry, "guests" since he corrected me. Then came restaurant playbook- " Can i offer you a free desert?" Answer: I did not come here for FREE food. Typical answer from a manager with little to no people skills. All I needed was, im sorry you are dissapointed we will try our best next time. Food, overcooked- we are paying for drinks and walking out. Horrible experience! Sad part- one of our favorite places.

  Date night without the kids and we decided to switch things up and sit in the bar area and honestly we’re so glad we did! The atmosphere was relaxing, the drinks and food were great, and our server Dakota made the whole experience even better. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely taken care of without hovering. It’s rare we get a night out alone, and this ended up being exactly the kind of laid back, enjoyable dinner we needed. We’ll definitely be back for another date night! To add we also joined the rewards program thanks to our server for educating us on the benefits.

  Came here on a Monday for martini Mondays i was sat and waited 15 minutes before having to go to the host stand to ask for a server even though the server in my section walked past me several times even and looked at me multiple times and never took my order. The food was also very underwhelming my medium steak was extremely tough to cut. My server also did not advise me that last call was at 9:30 so i was only able to get two drinks. Terrible service and terrible food the south Tampa location is way better and that is where i will go moving forward.
