  Great food a great staff of people. Melissa at the bar did an amazing job. I highly suggest giving it a try if you have not been or you are looking for a great brunch place. Full bar all day. Go figure. Keep it growing guys.

  I visited The Toasted Yolk in Bradenton today for Mother’s Day brunch. Going into it, I already knew it was going to be busy, and honestly, that was completely understandable. The wait time itself was not the issue at all. I was called and seated around 11:50 AM. After being seated, I waited roughly 15 minutes before a hostess finally came by and asked, “Has your waiter greeted you yet?” I told her no, and she immediately went to inform my server. I watched the interaction myself as she told him, “This gentleman was never greeted.” His response was, “Okay, I’ll grab him in just a minute.” What happened next was what really disappointed me. Instead of simply coming over to acknowledge me — not even take my order, just greet me — he proceeded to go greet and take the orders of two tables that had been seated after me. At that point, I felt completely ignored and honestly invisible in the restaurant. I ended up asking to be moved to another table because the situation was uncomfortable and disappointing. The frustrating part is that the food at The Toasted Yolk is genuinely amazing, which is why I continue to come back. But unfortunately, the service has consistently been the weak point every time I visit. Today’s experience just reinforced that feeling. I understand busy holidays. I understand pressure. But basic acknowledgment and customer service still matter.

  Two visits in and The Toasted Yolk is officially my new favorite breakfast/ runch spot! I had to come back twice because the food is just that good.On my first visit, I had the Southwestern Eggs Benedict, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best benedict of my life—the flavors were absolutely incredible. I returned for a second round and tried the Club Sandwich, which was just as astounding .Beyond the food, the service really made the experience as we. . Our server, John, was fantastic both times. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. If you're looking for a perfect brunch and top-tier service, this is the place!

  Really disappointed with the recent coffee downgrade. It used to be the best around, but the staff confirmed they switched to a cheaper brand, and everyone is noticing. It's just like another spot we go to that swapped real A1 for a cheap knockoff. Do restaurants honestly think we don't taste the difference when they cheap out on ingredients?

  Such a great brunch spot in Bradenton! I ordered the Classic Arnold (eggs benedict) and added a side of the signature French toast - both were honestly delicious. We also tried their blueberry donuts and they came out fresh and full of flavor. John took care of us and couldn’t have been nicer - super attentive without hovering, which I always appreciate. The Toasted Yolk is definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend if you’re in the area.
