  Ordered on app pulled in when said would be ready waited over 20 minutes. People had been waiting so long they lined up at door which of course made it take longer since they had to talk to them. Finally got food asked if marinara was in the bag girl said yeah. How after waiting 20 minutes no marinara in bag, cold burger, and ordered chocolate milkshake got a vanilla or so I thought nope finished seen drops of fudge on bottom of cup along with the cherry. Not sure if under staffed or just the staff they have isn’t into working. As I watched for 20 minutes the girl bringing food out all she did while waiting for food to be made and would have thought she could have at least put sauces in the bag.

  Had to yell at the menu board for the girl to hear me, had to repeat the order several times. Service was rather fast. Ordered the $7 meal deal. The sundaes were fine. The fries looked like they had been sitting around for a while, but didn't taste horrible. The cheeseburgers were a good size. Ordered Coke with both meals and there is definitely something off with the soda machine, could not drink them they tasted so bad.

  The lady taking orders is barely understandable, like on drugs type of understandable. 9/6/2026 6:30pm Walking out with wring orders, I was literally ordering on the screen and the lady said "Hurry up I have other orders", Told us she can't add a slush to a meal, then was like oh wait yeah I can. I get it it's fast food but if you hate your job don't work here. Thumbs down to someone who is a regular customer that won't be returning. Still walking out asking me if I was "chase" Lady I'm at the stall number that I ordered from. This is a comedy show at this point. The mozzarella sticks taste burnt and nasty, the fries were also gross, triple smash burger is good though and the refresher was decent. Only ordered a couple things and its taking over 30 minutes to complete the order being it's not that busy, save yourself the hassle and go literally anywhere else. They didn't even get my order right lmao 🤣

  Worst experience ever they re made my food 2 times stii could t get it right left with out the food and didn't even bother so ask for a refund while we waited 5 other people's orders were incorrect absolutely horrible experience will not be back!
