I don’t usually write reviews, but what I witnessed while waiting for my order really rubbed me the wrong way. The manager on duty was not only unprofessional but openly rude to their own team, raising their voice in a way that made everyone in the waiting area uncomfortable. On top of that, I overheard them talking badly about other employees who weren’t even working at the time or had just quit. It was just ugly behavior, plain and simple. I get that food service is stressful, but respect costs nothing. Seeing how the team is treated from the inside explains a lot about why this location has such a low rating. If management won’t treat their own people with basic decency, what kind of care do you think goes into making your pizza? Definitely won’t be back.

The manager or worker that was helping me was very rude and demanding when I told her that I couldn’t figure out how to unassign one of the orders right away and she told me that I’m the only dasher that doesn’t know how to unassign from an order when asked. Her tone of voice was rude and disrespectful. How unprofessional.
