- CCCynthia CampbellMay 9, 20262.0This is the absolutely slowest Panera I have EVER been to. 2 breakfast sandwiches and a plain bagel took 20 mins and we were only one of 2 customers in and he only ordered a bagel that took almost as long as ours. Please do better.

The manager, Jacob, really stood out as a great guy who clearly cares about both the customers and the staff. Overall, a solid spot with great food and great people.

However the menu was limited and I didn’t like the ordering on the kiosk stuff. It definitely took the personable feel out of being in a Panera. I ordered an asiago bagel with cream cheese. I’m not sure what I received. It didn’t look like a bagel it looked like a very high doomed bread roll with cheese on top of it. Nonetheless, the food was not great and was not as I remembered with how lovely the bagels used to be here. I would say it’s not for me and I wouldn’t be back. Which is unfortunate because I used to love Panera and used to frequent them often when I had one closer to me. I was super excited to see this one up next to the sauna that I go to all of the time. However, I don’t think we will be back.
