- AAaj6 days ago2.0tonight i came for a whole mediterranean veggie sandwich. they didn’t have enough bread for the whole, so they refunded the entire sandwich and gave me the half, cool that is completely fine, no problem. i asked for no tomato, light lettuce, and extra onions. i saw on the screen that she did add my modifications, but whoever made the sandwich gave me tomatoes, extra lettuce, and no onions. complete opposite of what i wanted. the girl in the drivethru was very nice but whoever made the sandwich did not read that ticket. i took off the lettuce and tomato off but can’t summon onions out of thin air and they’re my fav 🥹

We walk in, and it’s COLD, enough that others were complaining. We decide to look past it. We order our food and the poor guy up front can’t remember anything we’re saying 😭 clarified twice what we wanted and we’re still brought out the wrong things, told to heat our food up ourselves using the store’s microwave…We go to sit down and there’s a toxic smell in the back, like a nuclear bomb of BO. We’re not going back. AND as we’re sitting trying not to gag from the smell, a woman comes in from the drive thru saying the whipped cream on her coffee tasted like cheese. She was so nice about it but EWW dude. Just ew. Seems like a management issue.

They went above and beyond to help me with my order and even came out to my car to make sure I was taken care of when I was having an issue with my mobile order. Everything was handled so quickly and with such a friendly attitude. Really really appreciated the amazing customer service!
