  So we went through the drive through and had to do 3 separate orders, mind you I wouldn’t think it be that big of a deal but the girl that was taking our order was very unprofessional, the guy in the back that didn’t have a headset but we could hear it through hers as we were trying to tell her what we wanted he said “I’m gonna kill them” and the girl laughed , Like sorry that’s the job you signed up for it really made me want to cancel my order and leave, but we pulled in the drive through at 9:30 p.m. mind you they close at 10 p.m. which I wouldn’t think it was a big deal for 2 broccoli cheddar soups, 2 cinnamon crunch bagels, 2 Mac n cheeses, and 4 fountain drinks. Mind you I have worked in a restaurant before and have served people even if they walk in a minute before closing, you might not like it but how could you ever say that about someone and no matter how much you don’t like it you always treat people with respect and kindness, it has really gone away in today’s world. They also kept missing items and took so long to make our drinks, the food was kinda cold and the Mac n cheese was watery with barely any noodles and no flavor. Crazy what people say thinking you can’t hear them.

  tonight i came for a whole mediterranean veggie sandwich. they didn’t have enough bread for the whole, so they refunded the entire sandwich and gave me the half, cool that is completely fine, no problem. i asked for no tomato, light lettuce, and extra onions. i saw on the screen that she did add my modifications, but whoever made the sandwich gave me tomatoes, extra lettuce, and no onions. complete opposite of what i wanted. the girl in the drivethru was very nice but whoever made the sandwich did not read that ticket. i took off the lettuce and tomato off but can’t summon onions out of thin air and they’re my fav 🥹

  It was so bad it was almost comical. I don’t want to blame any individual employee, but our experience was so strange. We walk in, and it’s COLD, enough that others were complaining. We decide to look past it. We order our food and the poor guy up front can’t remember anything we’re saying 😭 clarified twice what we wanted and we’re still brought out the wrong things, told to heat our food up ourselves using the store’s microwave…We go to sit down and there’s a toxic smell in the back, like a nuclear bomb of BO. We’re not going back. AND as we’re sitting trying not to gag from the smell, a woman comes in from the drive thru saying the whipped cream on her coffee tasted like cheese. She was so nice about it but EWW dude. Just ew. Seems like a management issue.
