Yeah, I tried the route already, and as expected, three weeks later no response. Do not even try to do a special order, as this location ignores all requests. Oh by the way, all beef used is delivered frozen, so yeah, you are not eating FRESH ground beef with the exception of the Quarter Pounder.

After placing my order, I asked the employee at the pickup window if we could have two water cups. The employee, who identified himself as Hector, responded with a rude remark asking why I didn’t request them earlier at the ordering window. This interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional. A simple request like that shouldn’t be met with attitude, especially in a customer service setting. I understand that procedures exist, but the way it was communicated made the experience uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this, as customer service plays a big role in the overall experience. A more respectful approach would go a long way.
