  Went for only medium fries, asked for one packet of sweet and sour sauce, and the guy said “25 cents” since when are we paying for one thing of sauce when i didn’t get any with my fries? the guy was rude about it too. go to a different location.

  I had a ordered my meal on the McDonald's app and pulled into a spot and put my number in the app. I waited 25 minutes and nobody came out with my order. As I got out of my vehicle, I noticed another person beside me heading into the McDonald's. She had the same issue. Once inside I watched 4 employees and a manager standing together talking and looking clueless. After 15 minutes the manager came out and gave another person their meal. I asked about my meal and how long I had waited. He just asked what number. Finally 5 minutes later he comes out and just hands me my meal. No apologies on how bad your McDonald's is. Maybe apologize on how long I waited for a sweet tea, mc chicken and a fry. I eat at McDonald's may 3-4 times a week at several different locations throughout manatee counties, sarasota counties, Hillsborough counties. Your Lakewood ranch location off of 70 and loraine has the worse service and you have to be the slowest in the state of Florida. Terrible. Step up your service...

  These employees are despots and rude. They serve you in a bad way and ignore you. The manager is the worst; he fans your bags as if he paid for your food. It takes forever to deliver a simple order, while they spend it laughing and talking and do nothing to deliver the order.

  With 3 other McDonalds only 5 minutes away and for me personally one that’s on my way home out of the area, I will never visit this location again. The employees are rude and disrespectful. How I wish we could just go back to hiring trainable teenagers instead of adults who are angry at their lives!! The place is a mess!! Clean things up once in awhile, there was nobody even there when I visited. Lazy!! I ordered a filet of fish with Mac sauce (that I had to explain 🤦🏼‍♀️) and a medium fries. You’d think it would be easy, but no!! What I got was a cold sandwich with a half teaspoon of sauce and a cold soggy fries that clearly had been sitting there for ages. Really? Just gross!
