  The negative reviews speaks volumes about this trashy franchisee location. You will notice corporate gives the same "canned" boilerplate response to each negative review. Yeah, I tried the route already, and as expected, three weeks later no response. Do not even try to do a special order, as this location ignores all requests. Oh by the way, all beef used is delivered frozen, so yeah, you are not eating FRESH ground beef with the exception of the Quarter Pounder.

  I recently went through the drive-thru at McDonald's and had an unpleasant experience. After placing my order, I asked the employee at the pickup window if we could have two water cups. The employee, who identified himself as Hector, responded with a rude remark asking why I didn’t request them earlier at the ordering window. This interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional. A simple request like that shouldn’t be met with attitude, especially in a customer service setting. I understand that procedures exist, but the way it was communicated made the experience uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this, as customer service plays a big role in the overall experience. A more respectful approach would go a long way.

  Never seen this sticker of accuracy before, the 1 time it’s on my meal it’s wrong. I can’t have this kind of cheese so had to throw my burger away. Never had any issues before. I will check my order every time now.

  Very disappointed in the way I was treated. The app ordered two of the exact order and I asked to be refunded as it was in no way my fault. They said they don't know how to refund the order, I have to do it thru the app. Of course the app says only way to resolve is by having the store do it. So classic case of awful customer service so I feel I'm out $15 because of a glitch and refusal to help. Oh well, I just won't go back.

  We ate in the restaurant after a long soccer weekend and everything was amazing. The staff was so friendly we were here Sunday afternoon and the young man who worked the front mostly and the older guy were a pleasure to have. I don’t normally feel this way these days at McDonald’s but this visit was great. This notes for McDonald’s corporate though get your prices under control and we would eat here as much as we use to.
