  I drive 20 minutes to this location rather than the one right by my home. This location’s food, especially the burgers, are substantially better than any other location I’ve been to. The ingredients are fresher, and I never get food that has been sitting out. Kudos.

  I just asked for a little ranch dressing for my daughter, and the person who served me said they couldn't give me any. 🤷🏻‍♀️🫪🙄 I didn't understand why—aside from that, though, the food and the place itself were very good.

  When asked if that was everything from the staff my passenger and I both answered with "an ice cream cone" and patiently waited. We waited for what seemed an unconventionally long time just for them to side eye us and ignore us. This annoyed us but what truly set us off was the manager in charge gawking at us and not saying a word or addressing us to see why we were still waiting. We tried to get their attention several times just for them to ignore us once again. When the staff finally opened the window they asked us why we were waiting for and once again I said "our ice cream cone" the manager didn't even address nor apologize for the inconvenience and we were told we had to pay for it and come back around the already busy line. I was taken back because this was already paid for so why would I have to pay for something I already paid for (via the mobile app) We were then given our ice cream with the manager once again just staring and ignoring us. It was the lanky man with a bowl hair cut who took more time joking and interacting with his female staff than with my partner and I waiting too long for one item. I should've known something was wrong when the customer in front of me had to constantly honk their horn for their attention for a readjustment of their fries. The manager in charge is more to blame for their lack of professionalism in addressing an uncomfortable situation with both parties (the staff and the other being myself) and for not resolving the matter.
