  This McDonalds is the cleanest ,and organized restaurant . The workers are pleasant a nd its a pleasure to eat there.

  I recently visited this McDonald’s location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The level of customer service, particularly from management, fell well below expectations. The manager on duty came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which made an already frustrating situation worse. Additionally, the wait time was unusually long given the simplicity of the order. After a significant delay, I received a very messy portion of a drink along with a very small side of boba, which did not feel proportionate to the time spent waiting. Overall, the combination of poor service, extended wait times, and underwhelming portion sizes made this visit unsatisfactory. I hope the management team takes steps to improve both efficiency and customer interaction, as these are critical to maintaining a positive dining experience.

  It’s amazing that the person working the order machine just mumbles, doesn’t tell you a total, doesn’t let you know the drink ordered isn’t an option and just chooses Diet Coke for me when I ordered Coke Zero and to top it off they mess up an order of a chicken sandwich.. like how.. oh an it took 12 minutes to get the wrong drink and sandwich..

  I have been to mini McDonald's all over the country today. I went to order food with my wife and was blatantly ignored by every manager in the facility and almost all of the employees except one African American gentleman with a Red Hat. That did a great job trying to take all the mistakes for his managers and other co-workers. This was absolutely a terrible experience that I will share with everyone about this location. Absolute worst experience I've ever had in 40 years of existence at any kind of establishment like this, the management blatantly ignores you without saying a word. They look right at you and ignore you. I was missing over half my food.My drinks weren't the same.I paid for larges and got mediums.They also tried to set my drinks in front of me.Half full and were refusing to refill them to the top.Like, I paid for it was bad enough.They were mediums, as it was when I paid for larges.My food was cold when I got it.Horrible way to spend fifty dollars out of place.And get half your food and it be cold when you got to eat it.They need to shut this mcdonald's down.It's horrible worst experience ever.I will never be eating here again

  We placed our order online, walked into the store to pick up, we were greeted one time when we first walked in and we told them we were picking up. We were never asked what order we were picking up, but we could see the order number so we could see they had started our order, after about 20 minutes we see our bag sitting on the counter with half our food in it getting cold and everyone working by the drive thru instead. When we tried to get the attention of the young male worker who was putting our order together he did not answer, so we tried to get the managers attention and she also ignored us, I recorded video of our interaction at the point of being deliberately ignored. Then we were not given our drinks for our order, so we asked for them, the young male worker gave us half full drinks then refused to fill them the rest of the way up, another worker from the line, the only one who seemed to actually be working properly had to leave the line to fill our drinks up. Everyone refused to speak to us, and going through what we were given we were shorted a couple orders of nuggets, all of our drinks were smaller than what we paid for, we were missing a burger, all of the food was cold by the time we got it. Not 1 time did either of the 2 managers try to help, they refused to speak to us, and did not try to fix anything that was wrong or missing. I have never had such poor service. All employees refused to give us names including the managers who let a couple kids deal with the unsatisfied customers. After sending my complaint for the wrong store location I realized they also gave us the wrong store number as well since they did not give me a receipt and the email receipt did not have a store number. Absolutely unprofessional, we will definitely not be ordering here again.
