  Usually, I’d rather not share about a negative experience, but in this economy I have about had it with spending hard earned money just to get home and have for the countless time not what I asked for. Every single time I order this sandwich I ask for extra extra onions and extra mayo, and I never get it no matter how much I emphasize that I would like extra and it’s such a disappointment to get home and to see this pathetic sandwich. This happened via takeout, delivery and drive-through consistently and with a newborn it is not simple nor convenient to drive all the way back to have a sandwich remade nor should I have to.

  We ordered sandwiches and we got 3 lame pieces or turkey roll meat and 2 strips of soggy, undercooked bacon. Subway and WaWa do better and less costly. Don't bother!

  They don’t offer cups for water and they will not honor your rewards account so if you have a coupon, they won’t accept it.

  Placed 2 orders on the app for this location. My wife had a free sandwich for her birthday. We had another group here so placed a separate order with a couple bucks off coupon for them. Orders were accepted through Jimmy John's app but someone from the store called us and said they have to cancel the orders because you can only use one coupon per day at this location, even though they were separate orders and the order was already accepted through the Jimmy John's app. They were willing to lose a customer over a couple dollars and went out of their way to do so. Not sure how that's good business. Now both coupons are gone and I have to wait to get. It's Jersey Mikes for us now. Great strategy!

  Went for the 8.99 meal deal . Ordered my food and said the meal deal get to the window and was told We don’t have that special here . I said what do you mean ? It’s even on the app for this store? No we are independent not part of the franchise. Beware regarding which stores honor the deals.
