  My husband and I were here to celebrate Mother’s Day. When we walked in, we were greeted cheerfully and I received a long stem rose. His Bloody Mary and my mimosa were delicious. We both ordered the brunch which included a soup or salad and a main entree. Both were scrumptious and quite filling with a nice presentation. Our waitress, Tracie, was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. Nice job, Fleming!

  I will sh I could give ten stars. It was an experience like no other. Justin and Trent took care of our party of 8 in a private room and the service was exceptional. Truly, Justin is one of the best servers we ever had anywhere, and the whole group agreed. He was so knowledgeable on the wines, cocktails and menu. He was so friendly and funny had the perfect personality for our group. He also went above and beyond to accommodate my mother’s food requests since she has a restricted diet. Everything was delicious and perfect from start to finish and we can’t wait to come back.

  There’s this girl that goes here who goes by the nickname “Dee”. She wished homelessness on me and threatened to assault me over giving her feedback. She has a very short temper and is extremely aggressive and unprofessional. This establishment’s reputation will tank if they keep her; she is a liability. The atmosphere is suffocating and uncomfortable and someone burned my food. If I could rate this zero stars, I would.

  We are frequent patrons of Flemings and have never left disappointed. The food, service, and overall experience are consistently better than many other steakhouse competitors. One thing that especially stood out to me was when I took my young son for a mother-and-son dinner night. He was treated with the same kindness and respect as any other guest in the restaurant. The servers were so patient, welcoming, and helpful, and it truly meant a lot to see him included and valued. We love Flemings and are so happy they’ve made their way closer to Lakewood Ranch.

  My husband and I had an early reservation on Friday night. Unfortunately Open Table only showed very early reservations available but the manager said if this happens again to call the restaurant directly. It was my husbands birthday and we were seated at a table with a Happy Birthday sign and a card signed by the entire staff. We then were given a glass of champagne and our server took a photo of us that we received before we left. All of that was nice but what was outstanding was the service. From the valet to hostess to the busters and food carriers everyone was genuinely friendly and kind. I can’t say enough about our server, Tracie. She was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. You felt like there was nothing she wouldn’t do to make your dining experience top notch. We started by splitting the wedge salad which was fresh and perfectly dressed. Our filets were cooked perfectly and were moist and extremely flavorful. The Brussels sprouts were amazing. The mashed potatoes were hot and creamy. We took dessert to go and the brownie and the carrot cake were rich and delicious. The manager, Alyssa stopped by our table a couple times and was so very kind and attentive. The management team has to be doing a great job when all the employees are so happy at their jobs.There aren’t enough stars to indicate how great the service was!
