Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls. While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes. Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

I placed an order at a kiosk and they gave me the number 169 and another person in the restaurant had the number 69. When I was standing there, wondering where the rest of my order was, they gave me a dirty look when they said that I grabbed the wrong order. And even with ordering right on the spot and eating the fries in the car, they were already cold. Very disappointed in this five guys location. They had no reason to be so unkind when their food is so mid.

Food is always good. Service too. But why is the music so loud you can barely hear the people next to you? Even the guy at counter couldn’t hear people ordering. Other than that no issues!

Amazing staff and service! I always enjoy coming here to get dinner after work! I have celiac disease, and the staff here are very kind and careful about making sure my meals are safe for me to eat!

Last evening I walked into Five Guys and placed an order at the counter for one $10.50 LBC (Little Bacon Cheeseburger), two $9 Little Cheeseburgers and one $5.30 small order of fries. The interaction with the employee was pleasant and quick, just as you'd expect. The total with tax came to just over $36. As I pay with cc, I'm given 5 or 6 different options for tipping, plus there is a very large jar on the counter for cash tips. I waited about 8 minutes for my food. My number was called, I walked to the back counter, took my bag from an employee, thanked him and left. I drive the 5 minutes to my home and we immediately open up the food. The LBC was missing the bacon, so it was just a basic cheeseburger at an extra cost. The beef patty was cooked to well done, as they advertise. The other two cheeseburgers, however, were not cooked properly. They were pink and still cool in the middle, not anywhere close to well done. They were inedible and thrown in the trash. (Pictured is one of the $9 undercooked cheeseburgers.) To say we're disappointed is an understatement. There was no consistency in the cooking of the patties. Key ingredients were overlooked and there was zero quality control. Prices are extremely high for what you actually get. For those reasons alone, we won't be back. On another note, I find the demand of tipping options offensive and entitled in establishments that are not full service restaurants. Especially up front, at the time of ordering and paying for food you haven't received yet. A cash tip jar at the back counter would be the most acceptable option for people who genuinely want to tip on the level of speed & service, not just because tipping culture is out of hand.

I was here for the first time today when I was greeted by a wonderful young man named Craig! He was super polite and charismatic which always makes for a great experience; I also met Ty and Trayvon they were super friendly and my food was as always first class at Five Guys my favorite Burger By Far!!!!!
