Absolutely love this Five Guys location on 64! You can really feel the family atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Taras is amazing — always so kind, smiling, and makes sure everything is perfect every single time. We always have special orders and they never make us feel like a burden. Craig is awesome too, super friendly and welcoming. It’s hard to find restaurants anymore with this kind of customer service and positive attitude.
Also, I even left my wallet one day while I was eating lunch there a couple weeks ago, I was looking for it for two full days until I went back to five guys again because I go there quite often because the burgers are very healthy and delicious and when I got there, Tara was there to give me my wallet. She kept it safe for me in a safe the whole time.
Great food, great people, great experience every time

Craig at Five Guys gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. In a world where great attitudes are hard to find, Craig stands out immediately. He was friendly, respectful, patient, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable from the moment I walked in.
You can tell he truly cares about customers and takes pride in his work. He stayed positive, worked hard, and treated everyone with kindness and energy. Employees like Craig are the reason people come back. Five Guys is lucky to have someone like him representing their business.
Absolutely outstanding service. Thank you, Craig!

I entered the establishment using the self-order kiosk, intending to place my order on my own without close interaction with others. I was holding my small dog in my arms and only went in briefly to buy a regular order of fries. Considering I had a pet with me, I stayed in a more isolated area at all times.
During my visit, an older employee, blonde, wearing glasses and without a visible name tag, approached me and told me that I could not be inside with the dog. I politely responded that I understood and that we were just about to leave. However, she remained nearby, watching me closely until I left, which made me feel uncomfortable.
About six minutes later, I returned to the restaurant without my dog, and I noticed that several staff members were staring at me, which also felt uncomfortable.
I understand and respect the establishment’s policies regarding pets, but I believe the situation was not handled appropriately. I felt unnecessarily watched while trying to place a simple order, which negatively affected my experience as a customer.

This branch is extremely clean and I did not run into any problems with the food or environment. Adrian took my order and he was very charming and efficient.

Had a taste for 5 guys today. Went in was Welcomed by a “hello how are you today”. Nice young man took our order. Food was great. This young man at the counter was cleaning tables, cleaning windows, welcoming folks, telling folks to have a great day on their way out. I told him he did a great job. He said he tries his best. This young man’s name was Craig. Kudos to five guys for hiring great employees at this location.
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Is the Five Guys veggie sandwich a veggie patty?
Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost.
Our standard veggie is a mix of peppers, onions and mushrooms with or without cheese.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
