- MMMiaJun 1, 20261.0I got the Dunkin’ iced late with butter pecan and it tastes like absolute My My My coffee tastes like chemicals I can’t even taste coffee and all I taste it like old expired creamer and chemicals it was absolutely disgusting. The lady at the drive through was okay but literally everything we wanted was out. We wanted donuts and they were out and we were tying to get a cookie sugar coffee and that was out as well. Me and my family are so disappointed, we go there almost every week and every time we go they always have bad service and food.

I was always told to never say anything if you can't say anything good. I am breaking that rule today. I think this location needs some serious managment change. My wife and I stopped in to get a couple of drinks and some donuts. While placing our order one of the employees came to the front counter and told us we couldn't order our frozen drinks because she was cleaning the blender. It was 10 minutes until 7:00 and the store closes at 8:00 pm. You figure out for yourself if this is a store you want to stop by and patronize. If they can't find better management maybe teaching staff how to clean a blender much faster than an hour and 10 minutes might be another option.
