  Every time we come to this Dairy Queen and the one on 14th St the Slushy machine is always broken, now I’m starting to believe the employees don’t want to make the frozen hot chocolate anymore. Such a coincidence it broke last week but 3 weeks before that it was broken then. The new McDonald’s always a broken ice cream machine.

  Good Experience - Fun for all! They hosted a car cruise-in today and it was lots of fun. They also gave some gift cards as raffles which was very generous. I had a small blizzard and a drink and everything was delicious. The staff seemed to be nice and very hard-working and the place was noticeably VERY CLEAN which was refreshing for a fast-food joint. Parking lot trash cans were not over flowing and my order was ready quickly and served with a smile. I will go back. They are going to host the car cruise in once a month. Thanks to this location for doing that.

  Pick up is kind of awkward. Last few times you’re just standing there with no clear idea who’s supposed to be helping you.

  went here for a treat with my kids for my eldest sons birthday, as he requested all he wanted was a classic DQ Blizzard. I decided to take myself and kids there for our lunch, we all ordered the 7$ meal deal all of which came with a sundae expect my eldest sons meal as we upgraded to a blizzard, when i was asking about upcharges for the blizzard the young lady behind the counter was very rude to me about it while i was just trying to understand price difference. When our food came out all of it was cold, it tasted like old reheated food, truly disgusting. The staff is not very work oriented as they were all just standing around on their phones after we ate and tried to get our ice cream it took 5 minutes of the employees taking turns peaking over the counter until one finally helped us. After eating me and my two youngest daughters went into restroom to wash up, the bathrooms smelled and looked horrible, you can tell they haven't been cleaned in a while. Pure filth. I don't see how anyone can work let alone eat and maintain a appetite in these awful unkept conditions they call a food establishment. Safe to say my son will never ask for DQ as a birthday treat ever again, me and my family will NOT be returning to this location and i advise anyone who goes there to do the same.
