  After visiting 2 locations in this area, I will not be going to Chipotle again. I was so disappointed once again. I love their food, however they are always out of tea and ice. The tables are dirty and so is the serving line, gross. If they want to be an on-line service only, then don't have tables for customers to dine-in. The very young manager at this location, did brew some tea while I waited and apologized for the wait. The girl at the register could care less. She was very unfriendly. I'm looking for to Qdoba opening!

  This Chipotle is an absolute disaster. 6 employees and somehow nothing gets done. Waited 30 minutes just to hear the rice was still “20 minutes away.” No mild salsa for customers, yet the salad station had it sitting there like some kind of joke. I have never been to a chipotle that ran out of half the ingredients during dinner time. Clearly no food was prepped in advance. Bathroom had no lights, the whole place was filthy, and employees were screaming across the restaurant instead of doing their jobs. The chicken looked worse than the workers. Lazy staff, disgusting store, zero management. Avoid this dump.

  I do not recommend this location to anyone. And management need to look into this branch closer. The staff is absolutely unbothered, slow and do not care about the service. We were on the way from Tampa and ordered our food 45 minutes ahead to stop by and pick it up. When we arrived we waited for another 45 minutes and every time we were asking when our order will be ready, we were told that it will be ready soon. Not acceptable to wait for so long after you order ahead. We were not the only people complaining. One lady entered the restaurant from the drive through, she told everyone that she was waiting for 25 minutes over there and nobody even opened a window to ask her what was the name of her order. Horrible experience! We would never go to this location anymore.

  “I walked into this Chipotle after not having been to a Chipotle in a year, and once again, it was a complete disappointment. There was a line of 4 or 5 people, but a bunch of teenagers were just hanging out behind the counter. I waited 15 minutes, and nothing moved. The staff didn’t acknowledge any customers; they were just lost, walking around, chatting, and ignoring everyone. The place was a total mess. As someone who’s been in hospitality for over 25 years, this is unacceptable. It’s not just this location; it’s a wider problem with your regional management. There’s no real leadership—no director of regional operations stepping in. I was so frustrated that I just walked out.”

  Avoid this Chipotle Mexican Grill location at all costs. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. I was served chicken that was so overly seasoned it was completely inedible. I set it aside and politely asked to switch to steak — I even made it clear I was willing to pay the difference. Money was never the issue. I just wanted a meal I could actually eat. Instead of resolving the situation, the staff made it difficult from the start. While my entire party finished their food, I was left sitting there with nothing and eventually had to take meat from someone else’s plate just to eat something. It only got worse. Around 1pm on Sunday, May 3rd, the two managers on duty handled the situation incredibly poorly. The manager working the drive-thru actually yelled at all of us and told us to leave. I calmly offered a simple solution — refund the item and let me repurchase with steak — but he refused and escalated things for no reason. As a loyal customer, this was completely unacceptable. I felt disrespected, dismissed, and honestly unsafe by the way we were treated. I don’t know if this is a training issue or a management issue, but either way, I am extremely disappointed. This location seriously needs better management and accountability. Until then, I would not recommend coming here.
