  I came in for dinner around 7:00 p.m., and it was extremely disappointing. Most of the food was already gone, and when I asked if more was being made, I was told they were done cooking for the night. A restaurant shouldn’t be running out of major menu items during normal dinner hours. The only meat they still had available was steak, so I ordered it. It was completely burnt so black that it honestly felt like I was eating charcoal. It was inedible. When this location first opened, it was fantastic. The food was fresh, the service was great, and everything was well-stocked. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill fast. The quality and customer experience have become terrible. I hope management takes these issues seriously because this is not the experience customers should expect from Chipotle.

  We were at Florida 64 in Bradenton Florida (near Lakewood ranch). We got there with 5 people in front of us and then just waited. After 15 minutes at least 3 people had left and they finally started taking orders - but still super slow. The place was a mess. No one said sorry and everything looked low and like it had been sitting there. They were out of queso or we would have gotten chips and queso. Overall not our normal experience w Chipolte. I’ll never stop at this location again. .

  The food is the food. If you frequent Chipotle, you know what you’re getting. At this location, they are understaffed. Regardless of what time you go, how many people are waiting,or whether you go into the restaurant or do drive-thru, you will wait. I was there for lunch 2 days ago, I counted 3 people working, with 1 cooking. The fact there was only 2 people in front of me was irrelevant. I must have waited 7-8 minutes before my order was taken. If you like Chipotle, you will like the food. However, there are other options nearby so you may not wish to wait.

  I walked into this place at 11:30 in the morning(6/29/27).There were 3 people waiting for to go orders, looked like they’d been waiting a long time. 3 people were “working”. I was the only person waiting in regular line to be served. Nobody said anything to me or made eye contact. I stood there for at least 10 minutes, finally got someone’s attention and asked how long it would be before someone could help me and was told “at least 25 minutes”. I just wanted a bowl. The workers had no urgency, made no effort to explain to anyone what was taking so long, every person waiting was pissed, nobody waiting got their orders, and I walked out. I have been situations with poor customer service, but this was definitely the worst. I love chipotle, and this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had there.

  I live very close and this is by far the most convenient location; therefore, I have placed at least four pick up orders. Not once has the pickup gone smoothly. The staff is uncharacteristically incompetent and antisocial. They give no eye contact and must be flagged down, even if standing right in front of you. I have yet to see an order placed on the pickup order shelving, which means I am forced to attempt some semblance of communication with the employees. They don’t even seem to communicate with eachother that well. I could stand there for 10 minutes and when I am finally able to tell someone my name which is on the order, they walk 5 feet to “the back” - I hear nothing - and then they walk by me with no follow up, allowing the suspense to build…except you have to be the one to make a follow up inquiry…and the whole time the food was in a bag sitting by another disinterested employee. This scenario has played out this way or eerily similar on multiple occasions. The one variation, was when I asked someone for my order that again had long been ready and he just gave me a dead-pan stare and then told me the orders are running behind…except again, my bag was just sitting by another person in the back that was supposedly “working.” Thankfully, this really poor service and overall my experience seems to be unique to this location for some reason. I might fear they would spit in my food, if I didn’t have such confidence that the majority of employees at this location are too lazy to even collect the saliva in their mouth to do so. They really need a corporate/cultural intervention.
