  I came in they had one guy running the entire food and checkout lane which took him like 15 mins for just my bowl. He threw guacamole all over it even though I didn’t ask for that. I said I didn’t want guacamole or ask for that so can you take that charge off my order and I’ll just have it cause I don’t want to have you waste the food. He said okay cool or something. Than went to take my order accidentally made me pay for another previous persons order than refunded me messed it up again refunded me and than took my actual order and still charge me for guacamole. All while take forever to get a single bowl done. The last 2 times I came I was like maybe it’s just a bad day. Not really the manager mumbles and acts like he doesn’t speak English basically and it’s been super slow and often wrong for all my experiences so far. I also just tried to call the support line for a refund since it was all messed up and ai just hung up and didn’t help me so thanks a lot chipotle 0/5

  Seriously long lines every time with only one person making bowls,ect and checking out. Takes forever to get through line. I’m not coming back to this location. It’s the worst!

  Best Chipotle in Bradenton/Sarasota. Food is good and fresh and tables are clean. Cashier lady (Maria?) is awesome! I decided to eat in the restaurant after saying I was going to eat to go. She noticed I changed my mind and brought me a cup for water after I had sat down. Real good service for a Chipotle.

  I wanted to share a frustrating experience I had at your location tonight around 9:50 PM, an hour before closing. When my family and I walked in, an employee was cleaning the food counter and just completely ignored us. She walked past us three times and never said a word. Not even a quick "hey, give us a sec." It felt like she had an attitude from the moment we walked through the door. There was also a guy cooking in the back who clearly saw us standing there too, and he didn't say anything either. Eventually we just gave up and left, and nobody said a thing or tried to stop us. You guys should really check the cameras from that time, it's pretty clear what happened. I get people have bad days, but this was pretty blatant. Customers are the reason the store stays open and employees have jobs, so it'd be nice if that showed in how people get treated when they walk in. Because of this, I probably won't be back at this location because the workers SUCK! I will be making a BB complaint. Try and stop me before do it.

  I was excited to try the new Chipotle location near me, but unfortunately, my first experience was disappointing. I had redeemed my birthday reward through the app and showed the email receipt as proof, but the manager, Melissa, refused to honor it because it didn’t show up on the sticker. I don’t think customers should have to argue over a reward that was successfully redeemed through the app, especially when I was able to show the confirmation. On top of that, the burrito was noticeably smaller, and the portions were very stingy. I understand portion sizes can vary, but this felt excessive. Unfortunately, I’d rather make the drive to my usual Chipotle where I know I’ll get better service and portions. Hopefully, this location improves because I really wanted to have a better experience.
