  Worst chipotle ever! Not one person speaks English. They will give you barley any food than look at you like you are crazy to ask for more. They put my order in wrong and when I asked for a refund they charged me for another order! The owner should be ashamed and investigated by authorities for having possible non citizens working there. Not only will I never come back to this chipotle but I think they ruined the chance I’ll ever go back to a chipotle ever again. Unless your ice you have no reason to go to this slop hole.

  Got my normal order (carnitas burrito bowl) with the addition of the new cilantro lime sauce, and it was way spicier than I remember... but still very good. 1 bowl is always like 3 meals for me.

  Well, the first thing Everyone without a mesh in the hair a very serious fault since they work with food Second, they charged me extra barbecue for a little more barbaric, it should be noted that I was less than normal, I've been eating chipotle in Tampa for more than a year. First time it happens to me I'm clearly not going to buy again there

  This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. I spent $33 on my order, and my quesadilla was made incorrectly. I called the store and spoke with a manager, who told me to bring my receipt back and that the issue had been communicated to the management team. When I returned the next day with my receipt and photos of the incorrect order, I was treated as if I was making the story up. After a lengthy discussion, an employee remade my food in front of me. However, another employee handed me a different quesadilla that had already been made. When I got home, I discovered that replacement order was also incorrect. I called the store multiple times to try to resolve the issue, but my calls were repeatedly answered and disconnected. I eventually had to drive back to the restaurant for a second time, where employees confirmed that I had been given the wrong replacement order and remade it again. What should have been a simple correction turned into multiple trips, wasted time, and unnecessary frustration. To make matters worse, when I asked the shift leader for her name, she refused to provide it. Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled from start to finish was unacceptable. Customers should not have to make multiple trips and argue to get an order corrected.
