  This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. I spent $33 on my order, and my quesadilla was made incorrectly. I called the store and spoke with a manager, who told me to bring my receipt back and that the issue had been communicated to the management team. When I returned the next day with my receipt and photos of the incorrect order, I was treated as if I was making the story up. After a lengthy discussion, an employee remade my food in front of me. However, another employee handed me a different quesadilla that had already been made. When I got home, I discovered that replacement order was also incorrect. I called the store multiple times to try to resolve the issue, but my calls were repeatedly answered and disconnected. I eventually had to drive back to the restaurant for a second time, where employees confirmed that I had been given the wrong replacement order and remade it again. What should have been a simple correction turned into multiple trips, wasted time, and unnecessary frustration. To make matters worse, when I asked the shift leader for her name, she refused to provide it. Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled from start to finish was unacceptable. Customers should not have to make multiple trips and argue to get an order corrected.

  This is a beautiful new location, but unfortunately the customer service experience did not match the quality of the facility. During my visit, the cashier was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful toward two female employees who were preparing orders. She repeatedly made negative comments about how they were doing their jobs, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for both customers and staff. I also experienced an issue with my order. I requested a regular guacamole and chips, but I was charged for a large. When I questioned the charge, the cashier responded with an attitude and told me the price was the same. As my order was being bagged, she asked for another guacamole. A coworker informed her that I had only ordered one, but she responded rudely that she needed another guacamole. As a result, I ended up receiving two guacamoles, which appears to be why I was charged for a large order that I neither requested nor wanted. While the restaurant itself is attractive and brand new, the poor customer service and lack of professionalism significantly detracted from my experience.

  Ordered on the app and showed up to get my order. Sat in the chipotle lane for like 30 minutes waiting on my order. Seem like they have young kids running the place and there is no organization or customer service. All the workers seem like they hate working here.

  Always love a good Chipotle run! The food was exactly as expected. Tasty, fresh, and no complaints. Service was good as usual. As far as atmosphere goes, the inside can be pretty loud and a little overwhelming to sit in, which I find is pretty consistent across most Chipotle locations. That said, this spot has a few outdoor tables, and they were all clean and available. It was really nice to be able to enjoy our meal outside instead. I’ve been to many Chipotles many times, and I’ll definitely be back. It’s up there as one of my favorite fast food spots!

  Worst Chipotle Everrrr. This one should be shut down. Its always dirty. Portions are always skimpy and inconsistent. Workers dont Change their gloves after picking trash up on the dirty floor. Dyed Red haired cashier texting on their phone while people waiting to be checked out and a long line of people waiting to check out. Irresponsible management. Chipotle should be embarrassed of this place. Judging by all of the 1 star reviews customer complaints have been an ongoing long term problem here at this Chipotle restaurant.
