- JSJohn ShirkAug 6, 20265.0I wanted a peach Lemonade shake. Only peach lemonade or a peach shake. No peach lemonade shake like the sign says. There is a rather Small print sign for kids menu some 20 to 25 feet away from the register. We wanted nuggets and Mac and cheese. Not available clerk suggested to buy the kids Mac and then add extra nuggets instead of substitution of Mac over fries for .70 cents. Clerk spoke loud and fast. Too Hard to understand and to slow down. So we settled for fries ... no mac. 😞 then our order came... no fries were brought. I got up to get the fries I ordered. No apology. (Must not be in this clerks' nature) Later I ordered the peach lemonade shake and then that same clerk put me in my place again. "You are an ignorant customer!" She seemed to say... I Should have took a picture of your misleading tempting sign. I won't go back to this particular chic fil A. Because of this clerk. No Manager in site. I am 70 years old. My grandchildren were 7 and 5.

But how they dealt with it is how others should - with respect, kindness, and understanding. The day I was there a man had fallen asleep on the table spilling his drink, he brought in, over the table, the floor, and causing a mess over several spots blocking customers from using those tables. The man wasn't a customer. But he's a human. It was pouring rain outside. Once the weather let up then Jackson, the manager, politely asked him to find another location to sleep. The challenge is chick-fil-a doesn't serve as a housing option even though it is hard to watch people with no home. Chick-fil-A has great food. Great drinks. This though was nice to see humanity.

The hashbrowns on the other hand was very greasy and I did not eat them but other than that the place was clean and she was Friend.
