I’ve been to locations across the country and this is the worst one I have ever experienced. Suuuper disappointing, because chikfila is one of the only fast food restaurants we will eat. This is the one drive thru that my toddler will actually eat, so I have given this location three chances! Each time, the chicken has been super fatty, tough and nearly inedible. They have also gotten the order wrong, and the chicken is never hot - I have had concerns that it’s been sitting there for a bit. I was so disappointed that I eventually reached out to customer service, but my message has gone unanswered. Please don’t waste your money here.

The other one opened up when it happened so it was perfect timing for me anyway and i became a regular there instead. About a year ago, I had an issue with a male manager still works there maybe orange hair with a very short/almost buzzed haircut. My order was missing sauces, i did ask for it when ordering i’m not one of those who ask last second at window i make sure to order them they weren’t in the bag so I politely asked for them at the window. He immediately seemed irritated and said something over the walkie-talkie or head set about us honestly forget since it was a year ago. had proof on my bag that i asked for them too just to make sure i wasn’t tripping and it was my fault nope bag said 2 ranches but the entire situation was so rude that I stopped coming here altogether. I used to be a regular and even a Signature Member, but after that experience, I never went back. Last week, I decided to give this location another chance because I was nearby. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, and unfortunately, the fries were exactly how I remembered them—soggy, low, and all smooshed together. I normally would have just stayed quiet, because I didn’t even leave a review about the manager or the bad fries before. Then I gave them another chance. Same day, different time around 9pm Wednesday This time I ordered a large fry with no salt because the fries are consistently soggy, and I thought maybe getting them fresh would help—which it actually did. The fries were finally fine. I also asked for salt on the side. When the employee at window told me it would be a little wait, I told him I completely understood and explained that the only reason I ordered no salt was because the fries are usually soggy and low when I receive them. He understood and had no issue with it. However, the girl bagging my food was apparently very bothered by my order. I’ve worked at Chick-fil-A for 2 years before so i know the fries aren’t up to standard, but I also know how the window area is set up and how easily customers can hear things. The doors/windows were open, and I could clearly hear her complaining and laughing about me asking for salt on the side telling multiple other people as well I couldn’t see her name tag if not she would’ve been called out. I have stayed quiet through multiple bad experiences because I genuinely don’t like complaining or acting like a “Karen.” But after the rude manager experience, consistently disappointing fries, and now employees loudly complaining and laughing about a customer within hearing distance, I’ve had enough. I gave this location multiple chances, and I’m done. I will not be coming back. The food can be fixed, but the attitude and lack of professionalism are what really made me decide to finally speak up. Bayshore gardens chic-fil-a food thankfully never have given me this issue so i’ll stay loyal to them!
