  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at CAVA was concerning enough that I felt management needed to know about it. First, I want to say that nearly everyone we interacted with was kind and courteous. Unfortunately, the experience was completely overshadowed by one of the cooks, Matthew. Matthew was using extremely foul language while working around customers and food. Even more concerning, he was visibly sweating heavily while preparing food, which made us very uncomfortable from a cleanliness and food-handling standpoint. His overall demeanor and professionalism were completely inappropriate for someone working in an open kitchen in front of customers. The condition of the restaurant itself was also disappointing. The facility appeared extremely dirty and was nowhere near the level of cleanliness I would expect from CAVA, particularly from a restaurant preparing fresh food directly in front of its customers. Again, I want to emphasize that the other employees were kind. This isn’t a criticism of the entire staff. But Matthew’s behavior, combined with the cleanliness issues, made the experience bad enough that we seriously questioned whether we wanted to eat the food we had ordered. I’m hoping the store manager or CAVA’s regional management sees this and reaches out. I would appreciate management addressing what happened and making the situation right. I would also appreciate an acknowledgment and apology from Matthew regarding his conduct in front of customers. I have enjoyed CAVA in the past, which is exactly why this experience was so surprising and disappointing. I hope management takes it seriously and gives us a reason to feel comfortable returning.

  The service is friendly but extremely slow. If I come in and see at least three people in line, I'm forced to turn around and leave, knowing my whole lunch time will be taken up by waiting in line. Good news is that are many other options coming soon to this area.

  I love this cava that just opened up! Had an amazing experience, such clean tables! Staff are very nice and generous! Food is delicious and quick to serve! So glad I have a cava so close to me!

  I had a negative experience at the cava by utc because they were always very unwelcoming and disrespectful. I came here without knowing how to use my app to redeem points inside but this wonderful lady by the name of Toyota helped me out and walked me through on how to redeem my rewards in store. Thank you Toyota for your friendly service and welcoming attitude. 🙏

  The food was awful. The stake was very chewy, the rice or the lentils some were very had almost broke my tooth. The area around the food was not clean. The food was not fresh. I regret I went there- I will never go again. I had higher expectations from this place. It is not that old and already the food and hygiene are bad. First and last time customer
