  Had such a great experience at the new CAVA Marketplace location! The food was fresh, flavorful, and everything came out perfectly. But what really made the experience stand out was Tacoma she was an absolute delight. So sweet, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel taken care of from start to finish. Customer service like that makes all the difference. Excited to have this location in Lakewood Ranch!

  The quality of the food was the best thing about this place. Service was somewhat slow and the place was absolutely filthy sticky tables food all over the floor. The floors were also very sticky and trash overflowing everywhere. The beverage center was a mess. Liquids all over straw trash all over the place. Even when the food is good people do not like a filthy restaurant.. especially for the price being charged for the food.

  This CAVA is constantly out of proteins and ingredients. Who ever is managing this place needs to do better. I am now on 4th time being here and them not being able to fulfill my order. Tonight they had all but one protein to give and I reluctantly took it.

  My first experience here it took so long for my food to be prepared i was in line over 15 mins there’s like 5 to 8 workers but 1 to 2 ppl serving and they move extremely slow my food just sat on the counter for a long period of time and it’s over priced for how much food you get bad experience

  This is a counter service, personal Mediterranean restaurant. The food is actually really good and they have a lot of choices. Their staffing and service is good and friendly. The menu prices are higher than you would expect, but they don't take tips, so at the end it comes out pretty good.
